Reviews by Misc writers~

Yuri [ouranhostphan1018]
Nina [AnimeXLover28Kat] [Cover]
Raii [HanonHoshoAquaPearl]
Mai [dblingchiu]
Ai [lovelybeige]
Yuna [lovesora27]

FOREVER LOVE by K~utez (HelloUtaProject) / CClyrics / Review by Belly / Ah~ It's always good to see inactive projects make their comeback. Something that really impressed me when I looked first at the colorcodes was the extremely strict fairness. Everyone got exact 7 solos which gives everyone enough spotlight. But it seems that the mixing wasn't pretty good. At least if it comes to the volumes. They were all super quiet so I couldn't hear them well.

The start of the first solo [0:38] by Yuri is a little bit weak. She has a very quiet voice and doesn't have power which makes her one of the quietest, cause of the volume mixing. But her voice is cute though. With some more energy she really could sound beautiful. Following is Raii, who's got a wonderful sugar doll voice with some power. Someone who really has an awesome voice is Ai. As I heard her first solo at 0:58 I thought that she was also lacking of energy, but hearing her the rest of the song, she was just wonderful.

Also, I thought that Nina didn't have much energy. Her duet with Ai at 1:00 really rocks though. I think her best solo in this was at 2:02 where she actually shows energy. Besides Ai's, I thought very positively of Yuna's and Raii's voice. Those three are actually the ones who sing with the most energy. For Mai, I couldn't really say, since hers is very quietly mixed too. Her voice seems to be cute but needs, like the others, more energy.

Takahashi Ai - Airi [AlieOngaku]
Tanaka Reina - Reina [PrincessJoycie]
Shimizu Saki - Risa [aznfiregirl]
Yajima Maimi - Nozomi [NozomiAi]
Maeda Yuuka - Eri [xChiyoChii]

Cinderella\Complex by Kakyokuu Project / Review by Ayu / First chorus really impressed me, SUGOII ENERGY! and the "yes yes yo!" etc parts are very suggestive too. I absolutely LOVED the duets by duos AlieOngaku & NozomiAi and PrincessJoycie & Aznfiregirl. Pitching is really good and I could finally hear good combination in the voices since it is melody and octave higher melody. Sounds great!!

0:47 Airi solo is NEAT! One of the best solos I've heard, great energy and personality in her voice. 0:57 Reina solo reminds me a lot of Reina...I am a huge fan of voice impersonations so I really enjoyed this dub because most parts sound very like the original voices. 1:03 Nozomi solo is very good !! Maybe it is kinda quiet? - but I still enjoyed it a lot. 1:05 Eri's solo SUPER cute!! sounding but delicate at the same time, nice job. 1:06 Risa solo is very Saki-style . She nailed it very well with a mature tone. Excellent. Next Airi solo, "yume ga kanau" is prob my favorite one until the chorus is started again.

Chorus: great blending, again I have to talk about energy! There is lots of it, very good!! Maybe harmonies are a little bit off time respecting to the other voices? Solos are fantastic! I love both of the solos, I would give them 10 stars of quality, maybe a 9.99 to Reina and an absolute 10 to Airi (small pitching issues). Then we have another verse, which is very similar to the first one, but let's go to my favorite is part of the dub, second chorus;

2:33 Airi solo is PERFECT! my favorite of the song. 2:42 is the most KAWAII Reina solo I've heard on a CC dub. Congratulations to Reina, I loved it do much! Last chorus is as good as the other ones. Last Reina and Alie solos are very good too. Again, GREAT energy! I enjoyed this dub a lot. *Goes to my Ipod!*

Just be Friends (Piano Vers) by Mikkun [HA3NGB0K] / Review by Hikki / What whaaat~ I haven't been writing for a while, because I've been crazy busy with junk....and just reaaal lazy. Ahaa. Anyway! I've got Mikkun's short piano version of Just be Friends on my plate! And I'm excited to review this. When I first saw it on Aya's list, I was like: "ZOMG GIMME PLZZZ!!11!!one". Mikkun was like the first guy dubber I ever heard. He was like a rare pokemon. Ahaaa. (No offense)

So anyway! This song is my all time favourite Vocaloid song! And so I was super psyched when I saw that Mikkun covered it. (Unforunately he did the piano version, which I like less than the original, but it's still pretty good.)

After the extremeeeely long piano instrumental opening, we get to the lyrics, and daaaaaang, Mikkun, you sound so sekushiiii! I'm jealous of your voice! And as he said in the description, I think his voice got a lot deeper too. Not that it's a bad thing! He has a really cool tone to his voice while singing, and I think he manages to capture the emotion of the song. A few word stumbles, but it was nothing that bad. And I love his "Sen wo nuita" line right at the end; it's so strong! AND THEN IT JUST ENDS. And I'm sitting here wanting to hear the chorus. (How dare you pull a cliff-hanger on me? Wahh.)

Anyway! This was a really short review because MIKKUN DIDN'T SING ENOUGH, but overall, he sung it beautifully, and I hope that he will sing the full piano version, or original (preferably original) soon!

Milky Star's latest~

Baaah, I need to get into blogging mode. I don't have TONS to do, but I do have quite a bit, lol. And my attention keeps wandering off. So let's get things rolling!!

Solo (In order of hearance):
Zoey [Himawari] (as Satoda Mai)
Yume [EGGs] (as Suzanne)
Mitsuki [EGGs] (as Kinoshita Yukina)

Koi no Hexagon, EGGs Promo! (Milky Star) / Gah, I really like this, but I've been confused for like, the last 2-3 minutes. One reason I dislike 'order of hearance' & 'in order of solos' or whatever, is because you don't always know if the project is splitting solos according to how the song has them spilt originally. I like having CClyrics, or something that defines who sings when, as a guide. Also, it's easy to get lost, and once you're lost, you have to backtrack and count your way through the solos.

It says in order of solos/hearance, but I consider the "Hora, Hora, Hora"s in the beginning as solos, therefore I was really confused because Mai doesn't sing first, Suzanne does. So I didn't understand why the cast was ordered the way it is. After I figured out that Mai has the first longer solo, I thought that maybe that's what is meant? And if it is, I think it could be more clearly stated in the drop-down section, so the listener doesn't get confused.

It does say that Zoey sings as Mai first, but now that I get where things are starting off, I'm guessing that that info is just as reference? Does she sing as Mai throughout the song? Some people could think that, since it says 'as Satoda Mai' - that info can be confusing if one were not to pay enough attention to the text above the castlist. So since it's in order of solo, starting at 0:22, from there it should cycle through the three girls. It sounds like it.

I know it may seem like I'm making a big deal out of nothing, but sometimes you've got to consider that people who listen to your dub; don't speak, read or understand English well - are not familiar with the singers and so cannot pick out voices as well as some other regular listeners may be able to - may (like me) view things about the dub/song differently than you do (such as what the starting solo is) - or are just easily confused - ETC.

Yes; you can't make everyone happy, and you should be dubbing for yourself and your own enjoyment first and foremost. But listener-friendly dubs are appreciated. Blah, I feel bad rambling on about this, but it's honestly what I think. I really really like this dub, the girls sound awesome!! But when I got lost right from the get-go, that started me off thinking negatively, and when that happens, you keep going in that line of thought until something changes it.

I would totally download this, in fact, you can find the MP3 link in their forums. So I just might!! This is a fabulous trio - they sound awesome together; I love the group parts, the chorus pwns! All of the solos are well delivered, and each girl sounds amazing in her own unique way. Pure win, really.

And Milky Star's other recent release~

Valentine Kiss by Dcgoddess / Aww, this is a cute & fun song, and it's a good choice for Menami. I really like her in the beginning, and on the chorus. She's good on the verses as well, but I don't like the melody as much. The song does get a bit repetitive, but overall I think this is a sweet dub.

Give Me Love! [Michi's BBD debut]

Takahashi Ai - Miyazu [ MiyazuChan ]
Tanaka Reina - Eva [ airisuzuki24 ]
Shimizu Saki - Lucy [ CherryxJuice ]
Yajima Maimi - Veri [ Veridian92 ]
Maeda Yuuka - Amaya [ xsweetgurl ]

Cinderella Complex by KP Shuffles (Konichiba Project) / Review by Michi (hitsugayahinamori) / May I say that I have a new favorite project now??? This shuffles group just OWNED THIS SONG. I love the beginning. The "nananana"s blend so well and the rapping has SO MUCH ENERGY! It's so rare to find a dub of this that actually has both! And not to mention the mixing for the beginning was GREAT! Whenever I listen to a dub I look for one thing in mixing: volume and timing. Guess what? This one had both.

We start the song off with the Ai solo + the Maimi harmony. Oh wait, sorry, it seems there was a misunderstanding. We start the song off with MIYAZU's solo with VERI's harmonies. They both did great here. However, I wish the Maimi harmony by Veri was a bit quieter. Miyazu did great singing as Ai. I'm in love with her voice now! Now here comes the Lucy-Eva duo (0:43)! They did as well as the first two but once more, Lucy's harmonies should be a tad bit softer/quieter.

Eva sounds so cute in her following solo at 0:47! And now the solo spinning thing (0:54)! First up; Veri sings her solo very well. I can't help but think it's one pitch up, but who cares. It was great. Following her, we hear Yuuka...Er...AMAYA, for the first time, solo-wise. She is ADORABLE. Tsunku, kick out Yuuka and take Amaya in. I swear. Amaya sounds so adorable. Too bad there aren't many solos available in this song for her.

Next is LUCY! She makes SUCH a great Saki! I'm very impressed once more by her voice! Miyazu's solo at 1:00 is epic! I have nothing else to say but that. It's epic. Period. Now the first chorus of the song (1:06)! With the male harmonies in there, the chorus sounds a bit fuller but I can't help to think that it was a bit off timed mixing wise. The blending is epic once more!

Then we have Eva's solo at 1:10! She's very cute and yet is able to maintain her pitching and emotion~ Great job Eva! 1:12's 'Cinderella Complex' line could've been a bit faster mixing wise. Miyazu solos at 1:19 and she owns it once more! I love how she doesn't scream her solo, yet its still full of emotion and energy!

"Nananana"s and "YES YES YO"s prevail once more. Ah...Music to my ears...Oh wait, this IS music. Excuse me. Blending and energy and emotion. PERFECT. Other than pitching, those three are my 3 musts for a dub. And they took care of it VERY WELL in this dub. Eva+Lucy duet again at 1:53. It sounds great, but I wish Lucy was timed a bit closer to Eva's solo. It's ok though, it's still great. Eva has great emotion, but she could've stayed a bit on pitch more. The way she sings it actually fits either way though ^^

Veri+Miyazu once more (1:57). AND BETTER THAN EVER! It's even greater than the beginning! I love these two very much. Next is Miyazu's Ai solo; SHE VIBRATO-ED. I love her even MORE so now. Solo wheel time again; Veri starts it off once more! The pronounciation could've been a bit sharper but vocal wise it was good.

AMAYA. My dear DEAR Amaya. Why do she only have 2 solos in here again? Because she's so epic cute sounding. Her 2 solos are adorably great; pitching, energy, emotion wise. IN ALL POSSIBLE WAYS. Tsunku. Give this girl a plane ticket to Japan, I swear.

Lucy owns the Saki solo (2:12). I can't help thinking she makes a great Saki! Eva owns Reina's solo once more at 2:14! And what more? Without breaking a sweat! Usually Reina dubbers for this song SCREAM their solo to reach those notes, but not Eva! Ah~ The return of the epic blend chorus (2:21)! I love how they don't scream ANY of their notes in here, yet manage to reach them with energy~

GAH. MIYAZU-CHAN I LOVE YOU. She vibrato-ed her solo again. Even the mixing and timing here owns! Eva at 2:33; she did great but it seems she had a hard time reaching the low end note. Practice makes perfect though! Then the instrumental break enters like any other song.

FINALE! Best chorus yet to come at 2:57. Eva sounds like Reina in the solo, but I think she went a bit flat in the end note. And then Miyazu-Chan, with another epic solo (3:10)! Chorus, I love you. On the next solo starting with "Riisou" (Miyazu, 3:18), I think the timing was a bit missed. Chorus owning again. Eva's 3:27 solo - the timing is like a LITTLE BIT OFF. But I can't help but think this was her best solo! As they say! Save the BEST for LAST! The "nanana"s and rapping prevails one last time before the song finishes!

Overall, I loved this groupdub to BITS! I can't wait for more for by these guys! I just wish I can hear a bit more of Lucy, Veri, and Amaya. Too bad the (H!P) idiots don't know what fair line share means. But then again, I blame the fans and money.

BT: Solo Ver [P2]

Sun 05.23 - Sat 05.29
~Part 2~

*aimforthestarss ~ Kagayaki Days / Not a very long dub, and I'm new to the song, but Star sounds fabulous! She's such a mix of adorable & lovely. Sometimes my ears are just like KAWAII, and other times I'm in love with the pretty side of her voice. If that makes any sense, lol. She hits a lot of really nice notes that are very ear pleasing. And she sings with great energy / emotion!! This whole dub is well delivered, and a delightful listen.

*CherryxJuice ~ Ame no Furanai... / I think I've previously made it clear how much I love this song; it's beautiful ;w; I get chills just listening to this. Lucy did a really good job on the verses, she sounds fantastic; a wonderful start to the dub!! The chorus is great too! But I think I like her more on the verses. She tackled LinLin's higher part towards the end pretty well. I give her props for song choice alone!! I'm glad she decided to dub this, she sounds splendid.

*MidoriiW ~ Our Songs / Wow, Miichan!! It's been too long. I love this song so much, so cheers for song choice (go Ary)! She could have maybe used a sinch more energy, but her overall level is pretty darn good. I like how she sings out her lines, using good volume - she has a really nice voice. I think she suits Miyabi the most out of the three, but all her lines are marvelous! It's nice to hear her again.

*madleybloomingstar ~ Otakebi Boy WAO / This song again, "its seems like everyone has been dubbing this song lately." Yes, yes they have. lol. But I adore Awai, so I had to have a listen, especially since her last Happy Karaoke Fun Time (RIVER) was so epic. *dubs starts* Ohemgee. Awai was like, born to sing this song. Her smashing energy gave me goosebumps at first.

I haven't yet watched a concert verison of this song, so this is a first for me; LOL Chinami's wide eyes at 0:45. Anyways, I think going concert was a good idea; the video and vocals work together. Awai's opening Risako solo sounds epic! I love love love her lines at 2:11, where it goes Chinami, Saki, Maasa. She sounds so good!! Awai totally rocked this song, making this one effing fantastic dub.

*amiswami2 ~ Yume Miru 15sai / I have come to love this song SO much. As I was coding the links for this review my sister asked to get on for 10-15 minutes and I grudgingly said yes. And the whole time I was randomly walking / dancing around my house singing this song, lol. Ami sounds incredibly adorable!! I love everything about this song; verses, pre-chorus, chorus, etc - and she sounds good on all of it. I really like her harmonies!! And the little extra added echoes at 2:53 are cool. Overall, a sweet dub.

*MaryG2091 ~ Monster / I've only heard this song once before, and it was only a little bit. And now after hearing it fully, I've found I really like it! I love Mary on the chorus-like part a ton, but my favorite thing about this cover would have to be the "Monster"s. Gah, I know when I cover Mary & MoA's dubs on here, I'm basically just fangirling, lol. But I love sharing their amazing singing with y'all. This is in my top five from Mary, definitely.

*HanaChiiru ~ Y / Gosh, this is smexy! I love and adore Chii's covers, and this one gives off such cool vibes. The beat is so, idk the word for it, but this is a great song for her. As expected when I clicked on this, Chii sounds spectacular. I really really like her on the chorus!! The "Y" lines are pure win. I also like the autotune; it doesn't take away from the listening experience, what you hear is still all Chii, and it sounds cool. Gah, I can't stop listening to the chorus! This isn't exactly a solo, since FrozenxRose does the rap, but oh well. Btw, the rap is epic!!

*bibblebobble629 ~ Tan Tan Taan! / Fricking A! Beth always shines in any group or project dub I hear her in, but I don't think I've listened to her do anything solo. First off, the video for this is adorable!! Secondly, I really like how she did this! I believe this is the first time I've heard anyone sing as part of an H!P dub. Some people might not really go for this idea, but it's cool in a lot of ways;

Beth doesn't have to sing all the lines, basically group dubbing with herself. While I like dubs where people do that, I know it can be more work; in this case, Beth can focus on the sound of her lines alone, then the mixing. And also, this shows you how talented she is, and how good she is at singing with other people, even H!P girls.

If she sang Kikkawa's part off in any way, she wouldn't sound as good as she does with the other Milkyway members. Her skillz and lovely voice fit her splendidly into this group. Like on the pre-chorus part, where Koharu has the long notes, and the other two sing back up; Beth sounds awesome with Sayaka! Lol, this is getting rather long. To cut to the chase, I think Beth did a really good job on this.

BT: Solo Version [Part 1]

Sun 05.23 - Sat 05.29

Here is the first part. YAY. I decided to get started on it tonight, since I work tomorrow. The next three days as well, but then I get another three off! I'm doing the majority of the writing this time. Darling Izumi is busy with work, and the fantastic Kappa is busy with Hana stuff, understandably so. (ILU2) I had a really good week, and it's always because of everyone within the dubbing community. So thanks! Now, onward! This is my last post for now, I've gotta go to bed~

*RenshiKyo ~ Champagne no Koi / Uwah, Renna! I still can't over how much I love her recent K-on dub. And here she is again, sounding a beautiful as ever. She hit so many nice notes in this song; lower and higher. I really like her on the verses, she sounds so pretty, and I adore her on the chorus! She is so delightful to listen to, and I really mean that. I always look forward to anything new by her.

*moamelody ~ Hot Issue / MoA blows my mind. I'm not even a fan of this song really, and she's got me loving it, simply because she is singing it. "It took quite some time to record this cover since there are so many background vocals (all vocals by me)." She always put a lot of work into her covers, and it definitely shows, because the end result is always pure win. This could be the flippin' original.

*FreeMusicify ~ A Moon Filled Sky [+more] / One thing about Vera that drew me in right from the start; this girl plays the violin incredibly. And I've mentioned my weakness for string instruments before. Not only is she very musically talented, she also has a lovely voice that sounds very calm and soothing in this piece. I'm loving it.

*candyraver009 ~ Yoshite, Yoshite / Holycrap, Reika sounds great!! I've never heard this song before, though I am familiar with her singing, since I've heard her in a lot of project dubs recently. But I don't think I've ever really listened to her sing a slower song like this, her voice suits the simple and pretty melody. There is a minor slightly off note here or there, but your ears are like 'whatev' in favor of enjoying Reika's lovely singing. I really really like her on this!! I mean, really!

*SweetPoffin ~ Kimi O Nosete / I could MARRY this song. I love love love it. Paperblossom's version is amazing, and when I saw that one of my other favorites had sung it, Miss Elsie, I had to have a listen. There is light strain on the higher notes, but the majority of this dub is beautiful. This is my favorite song from the Ghibli movies, out of what I've seen. (And on an off note, the lovely Izumi sang this for me ;w; ILY) Fabulous job, Elsie!

*amydien09 ~ Memories of You / Not my favorite from Amydien, I like her more on other songs, but she still sounds good all the same. She says that she sounds boy-ish, but I don't think so. She just has a mature voice and she's singing a lower song. Her high notes are really pretty.

*TokyoStarx ~ Renai Shashin / I think birthday dubs are so special! Miya and Sayuri are both wonderful girls, and I'm happy that they share such a good friendship. Reading drop-down sections like the one for this, and knowing the intentions behind the dub are so sweet, just make you smile. Miya is a total cutie, and while she may be a bit pitchy, she gives singing her all. Props to her on this dub, I like her on the chorus. And a belated Happy Birthday to Sayuri!

*luvsasuke ~ Rain Stops, Goodbye / Wow, I like this! Again, a new song for me, but I don't much keep up with vocaloids really, heh. I like that Chii changed things up a bit. Yeah it's cool to do a song how it goes, but there's nothing that says you can't do it as you want. I like it at the tempo she sings it, I don't think I would as much if it were slower. The melody sounds good at this pace. And though I've never done enough recording to do it, I have a lower voice and I've thought before of changing the pitch of instrumentals to better suit me. Props to her for taking this song into her own hands, and, er, vocals chords! I really like the beginning as well as the chorus, and the little bit of harmony you hear is nice.

Shiawase no Katachi by J-unior SWEET (Totally Up! Project) / "The 1st track in J-unior SWEET's 5th single, Form and Happiness. This track features J-unior SWEET gen 9 members. . . .Corsica is a special guest on this single as she is a gen 6 member of J-unior SWEET."

This song is alright, but it doesn't exactly float my boat. And I don't know any of THE Possible girls by name, so I'm lost as to who is singing when. The verses are nice, though they seem like they are semi-tricky; like they'd be easy to sing off-time on - you kind of hear that as well, where some people got close. But they turned out pretty well in this dub! I think I like the chorus the most; it's catchy, has cute/sweet vibes and I like how everyone sounds on it. Overall, the energy level is good; the girls did a marvelous job. Delightful~

Saki Shimizu - Awai [madleybloomingstar]
Momoko Tsugunaga - Okie [DivaDragger]
Chinami Tokunaga - Kazzy [Vendready]
Maasa Sudou - Aiko [ReinaLoverai]
Miyabi Natsuyaki - Choco [chocolateblakberri]
Yurina Kumai - Ami [amiswami2]
Risako Sugaya - Ayu [ChiiAyu]

Tomodachi wa Tomodachi Nanda by Cookie Koubou (cremeproject) / I got distracted by the PV for a little bit, lol. I forgot what a sweet vid this song has. Then my computer went dumb on me and I had to restart. And I'm hungry. But anyways!! Uwah, such a wonderful cast! I know everyone except Kazzy, I think. Ayuchan makes such a great Rii!! It's a bit funny to hear Choco as Miyabi when I'm used to her as Momo, but either way, she is a fantastic and adorable singer. Both her and Ayu pwned their lines in this.

Okie!! Cuteness defined! All of her solos sound very sweet & good. Ohemgee, I love Aiko as Maasa! And following her is Awai as Saki, more omgIloveit! Both of them delivered fabulously! Kazzy is cute, too bad her and the other two only get one line in this song. 3:08 is really good, all of the verses are great and I adore the chorus!! Everyone sounds good together. I haven't listened to a dub of this song in a while, actually. And this is one marvelous dub!

Hiduke [ fantasykingdom2177 ]
Ichijiku [ crazyselphie ]
Sakuranbo [ harpiegirlsuzuka ]
Kyuuri [ reinaloverai ]

Suki Sugite Baka Mitai by (ShizenProjectDubs) / Generation 2's debut! their premier single is titled, Everyday In Perfect Form, and this is it's B-side. The A-side has yet to be released, but is in the works. ~ This is one of my favorite songs, and I think it requires a lot of energy. These girls did a good job, but I didn't get the umph! from this that I was hoping for. Yes, not every line is supposed to burst with energy, but this song does call for a certain amount of, if not energy, emotion. I am looking foward to their A-side, EVERDAY Zekkouchou - it's a good song.

Rii (AzNxRawRx)
Chisako (JapanGirlHellopro)
Mashiro (iwearatshirttoday)
Rixie (RixieMixiePixieDixie)

Sakura Kiss by SakuraRanbo (SakuranboDubs) / As noted by a few members of the dub, the mixing could be better. Even though everyone wasn't together, they all still sound good. The ones whose recorded lines kind of fell together had great blending. I really like the chorus, even with the jumbledness. The beginning and ending parts, "Kiss kiss, fall in love" & etc - I like those. I'd like to hear this with better mixing, I think it would be fabulous~

Ai [lovelybeige]
Hanna [HannaPulla]
Ceci [CeciiIceChii]

In the drop-down section it's listed as 'solos in appearance' which leads me to believe it's in order of solos - that the three girls will cycle through repeatedly until the song ends. But I kept getting confused and my ears were like; AH! So I finally found my way to their forums and luckily they had CClyrics up. But, things do not go in order of solos. I find it very frustrating when I'm looking at it in a 'order of solos' mind frame, when it isn't actually like that. Not just for when I'm writing, but also simply as a listener.

Edo no Temrai uta II by SweetxHeart♥ (ShiningStarCovers) / I really like this song, it's quite short, but super catchy. And I have fun lol-ing at Airi & Kanna's hats. I think Nakki looks adorable. Anyways! Ai starts the dub off awesomely, she has a mature and lovely voice. Following her is Hanna (and again at 0:42), she certainly has a lot of energy, which is a good thing. Her solos were sometimes a bit funny because of her amount of umph! but not in a bad way; she made me smile. All of the girls have good energy!

I love the chorus to pieces! Even if a dub isn't perfect, if it's got you laughing / smiling / feeling good / whatev, then the dubbers sure did something good and are worth a listen. This trio gives off such fabulous vibes as they sing this! I also like how they sound together. I love Ceci's solo after the first chorus, her "hey hey" at 1:10 is adorable!! And the rest of her solo here is wonderful. Following her is Hanna at 1:17, and the last solo of the song is by Ai at 1:23. Then we have more marvelous chorus before this short but sweet dub ends. Other than my initial confusion, I greatly enjoyed this.

Sugaya Risako - Jess [ lilmenchi ]
Natsuyaki Miyabi - Reika [ candyraver009 ]
Tsugunaga Momoko - Beth [ bibblebobble629 ]
Kumai Yurina - Kayla [ goraxscene ]
Tokunaga Chinami - Chiyo [ xchiyochii ]
Sudou Maasa - Ayuchi [ ayulantina ]
Shimizu Saki - Rae [ talentlessloser ]

Otakebi Boy WAO! by Hello!Stage Shuffles (HelloStage) / This song again, lol. I don't actually really tire of it, but sometimes it's just like; really?! Some of Jess' lines were iffy, but she's got energy. I super adore Beth's parts and Reika sounds awesome. And as we all know, the other four girls don't get many lines - the ones they do have sound swell though. I like the "WAO"s and the mixing sounds good to my unknowledgable ears. Overall, a nice release from H!S.

PR~

The poll's over!! I know it may have seemed a little random this time around, lol. I was organizing things for my blog, making lists and stuff. And as I was going through a list of the projects that I've covered on here, I got to thinking. That, and some other time I realized how many there were that begun with K.

So I counted all the projects on the list, then separated them out by letter, and guessed which I thought would place where when the poll was over. And I'm happy to say that I was awful close!! The way the letters are divided inbetween choices seems to make no sense, but I assure you it does, to me.

H, K and S were the most popular letters for project names on my list (an average of around 11 each); and at the time they fell in that exact order, all quite close in numbers. As you can see by the poll, that's how it went. But of the three, S won out! Then H, followed by K. I have just recently re-counted my list, since a few more projects have been added since, and those three still have the most projects under them.

But! I was rather surprised to see the fourth poll option win overall! The way I divided the rest of the letters up was by amount, from my previous list. A, B, C, M, R all had around the same number, so did the next few options, the last option (Q, V, X, Z) was all zeros. A-R averaged 3-4 projects under each letter. But it was picked as a choice 42 times! These letters are more popular than I thought.

From there on things went as I predicted; E-Y, I-U, D-O, & Q-Z - in that order. The first two of those options got a little more than I expected, and D-O got a lot more; I only have one and the poll tolled 14! Thanks to everyone who participated in my silly poll. I'm sort of curious as to what projects make up the 73 votes overall, that I don't know of yet. Feel free to share with me!!

Kinpatsu & BruN

Cast ~ [CClyrics]
ChiiAyu/Kinpatsu (as Fujimoto Miki)
Kaoricita/BruN (as Miyabi/Megumi)

*Once again I made my own lyrics. No guarantee, could be errors. They're more for my own use and enjoyment, but feel free~

Onna, Kanashii, Otona (hosted by ChiiAyu) / OMG I love this song!! As it was loading, I didn't realize what song it was, and when I played it, I was like; hmm, the music is familiar. . . - and then I heard Kinpatsu's first line and it hit me, then I had a mini omgspazz moment, cause I adore this song, lol. The melody is beautiful, and it's got such rich and smexy vibes. Plus I'm a Megumi fan, I really like Miyabi in this song, and I don't listen to Miki near enough & she pwns in this. But on to the dub itself!!

YAY more Ayu singing! YAY first time BruN singing! YAY epic duet made of awesome gals! "What a hard song to do, I had to re do like a million times..." - no kidding! I've tried singing this myself and it can be difficult. I love love love the low notes in this, but they aren't always easy to hit spot on while still sounding right (can apply to the high notes too), and on top of that, this is a slow and low song; sounding unenergetic can happen easily (Aya knows this from having tried to record this blasted / lovely song). But I think these two did a really good job!!

You can tell that Kinpatsu is sometimes more confindent sounding with her singing than BruN, but she's probably been recording for YT dubs & covers for longer; plus, she has slightly stronger vocals. On the other hand, as I've noticed in Morning Crew videos, BruN shines when dancing. And I don't know which order they recorded things in, but when you watch her sing in the video, her expressions and mouth movements show sureness, just as Kinpatsu's do. They're both good at singing and dancing - they just have similar and different strengths. If that makes any sense. lol, I'm blabbing~

Gah, I love Kinpatsu's opening solo, she sounds SO good! At 0:43, I like BruN's lower "soba ni" and following a couple seconds later, her semi-higher note on the 'wa' of "sore wa" is pretty. 1:29 is epic! Kinpatsu hit the higer notes on "-agaru dake" so freaking well, she sounds fantastic! On a random note, I did always think the whistles in the instrumental were odd, lol. BruN's solo that starts at 2:13 is really good, I especially like her on the ending "miteru"

On Kinpatsu's 2:33 line, she goofed the lyrics a little, but! I rarely (well, never before have I noticed) hear any oops' from her, so it's not a big deal - the line is "fuan ni naru no" but she switches the end around with her solo line from back in the beginning of the song ("hitori ni nareru to") - at 2:33 she sings a mix of the two; 'fuan ni nareru to' - And around 2:46 you start to hear the strain on BruN's high notes. She gets a bit quiter cause they're on the higher end of her range. We're all only human though, nee?

I really like Kinpatsu on her "sureba ii no" at 3:14!! Her following "Wow" sounds are nice too. BruN's "kagami" at 4:07 is short but lovely. Something that I think was a cool and good decision; the "kanashii kurai Cry Cry Cry, suki yo" line at 4:24 was changed into a duet! That is one thing that I always missed in this song; no group parts. So when I heard them both together I was thrilled; they sound wonderful! Kinpatsu finishes the song off with more of her marvelous vocals, and TADA, that's that! *cheers* Very enjoyable~

Chuu~

"It is a project that was started not too long ago by a friend of mine, but it was soon dropped and given to me. . . .we currently have three members including myself (Reika). We'll soon be holding auditions for our first generation members. . . .

Since the girls. . . .didn't audition, and were chosen by me to be a part of this group, they won't be part of Generation 1 but instead have their own, including myself, known as generation x (because generation 0 didn't sound as cool!) That's about all I have to say now. There'll be more information in the coming up audition video."

And that about sums it up! There is currently no other information listed on their channel or anywhere else about the project. Their first single is titled, Cast it Off. Which has an A-side & B-side, both already released. Their B-side is MY BOY, and their A-side;

Ishikawa Rika: Aly
Miyoshi Erika: Reika
Okada Yui: Saya

Koi no Nukegara by T-en-shi / Wow, I really like this cast. Aly is always awesome, and in this she serves as the mature balance in the mix of voices. Reika sounds so cute/sweet and Saya is adorable! All three of their first solos sound wonderful, I really like Saya's "PORORI" at 0:46. The verses aren't my super favorite part of this song, I like the chorus more, so I'ma moving on to it~

I really like how these three sound together! There are a few solos inbetween the group parts, like Reika at 1:20 - she sounds fantastic! She's got such smashing energy; her "kokoro atari" is great. And following the next group line is Aly; I like her ending "POKKARI" which comes right before the last two lines of the song, which I think turned out fabulously!

Then we've got more verses, all of them marvelous; the girls did a good job on the higher notes towards the end of all the lines. 2:31 is Saya, her "dare no sei demo NO, NO" is sweet and well delivered. lol, I think that part / melody of this song is my favorite, cause I also like Reika's "kokoro atari wa NO, NO" at 3:14 - her "kokoro" has such umph! and I adore how she sounds on the last "NO."

Aly's solo at 3:20 kind of left me wanting. Her "dakedo ko-" was real close to being off time, and she almost sounded unsure? This solo is all, umph! Especially at the beginning of it, and I didn't get that from her. Though her "POKKARI" was nice again. Overall, this is a splendid dub. For fun, here is their MY BOY dub~

OTOKO NO KO [PA-FE's third single & Lailai BBD debut]

Cast: Awai / Ami / Zarah
Malice / Sachiko / Michi

Roman ~My Dear Boy~ by PA-FE Kyuuto Project / Review by Lai / CClyrics / Yaay! My debut here on Blabodu XD That's so special desu. So, Aya-mother-in-law-chan is super busy and I decided to TRY to help her by doing a review. Let's get started, shall we?

Musics with talking parts are always more challenging to do because you never know if the person is going to do it the way we all want her to. Roman ~My Dear Boy~ is a song that i really love, specially the beggining. Zarah did Yossie's talking part, and she totally made me wanna dance with her.

Next, we have Awai's cute "You know!" that made me squee like a fangirl XD BECAUSE I JUST LOVE WHEN PEOPLE DO IT RIGHT, 'U KNOW? Ami's "Come on" and Malice's "Yeah!" were pretty good too -raburabu- Now let's move on to the singing part. First of all, I'm glad because the group parts sound really good. Great blending and great energy. Good job girls! The first solo at 0:27 is Michi's and is definitely my favorite line from her. She has a great energy and an incredible voice range.

Next we have Malice. Great energy but her mic is a bit static. I specially lover her "Let's have a dance now" at the end. :3 Next is Ami~ Her voice reminds me of Malice's a bit. Maybe they should duet. I think her solo at 0:54 needed a bit more power to it and I also don't like her mic. XD I can't say anything about mics since mine is not that good either.

AANYWAY. Sachiko's turn! I think she was... shy? I don't know, for some reason her voice seems like she was trying to sing without making a lot of noise. Girl, you gotta rock it! Her "Hey" was kinda emotionless too. But with more energy, I'm sure she would have been great. Zarah, my dear. I just love her. Her voice is so pretty, strong and full of love. Her "Let's have a dance now" made me wanna marry her. So good. -raburabu- Basically, all of her solo lines are amazing. Total nosebleed.

Last but definitely not least, we have Awai. God, her voice is so cute. I wanna adopt her and feed her with love. ;^; The only thing I hate to say is.. guess what? I don't like her mic too. xD But her voice is total love, every solo line from her made me giggle like a little kid that just won a strawberry cake. Overall, this dub was really good, full of energy. Mixing is also good, I just wished the vocals were a tiny bit lower. I guess that's it, see you next time! Lailai OUT!~

~Aya here! Thanks so much to Lailai for writing this. It makes me very happy!! And yes, I am still in need of more writers, even guest writers!! So don't hesitate. And about this dub, first off, I can't help it; what the frick are they wearing in this video? Is this Magenta Jumpsuit Apparatus? Regardless of Momusu's odd outfits, and the fact that I don't love this song; I enjoyed this dub as well!!

AR & Kireina Project's latest~

Crap, I forgot I had a wedding reception to go to today at 4pm. So before that I showered, then got distracted tidying up my room some and did a bit of laundry. I ended up staying longer than I wanted, because they took forever before getting around to cake and presents, which is what I was waiting for.

My second oldest sister has been into cake making lately, and she made the cake for this (it looked awesome!! I have a pic somewhere. . . ) So I wanted to try it. Plus, my mom made the couple a big quilt and I wanted to see her open it. I played with some cute kids I didn't know, blowing bubbles. But most of the time, I was bored out of my mind. I didn't know anyone, and though I can be social when I want to be, it's hard to when all I wanted to do was come home and blog.

I lost like three whole hours. Then, I *cough* got a bit distracted by TV. So I feel mega lame that I didn't get more done on here today. Hopefully y'all have had a good start to the weekend. Now, enough rambling, on with the blogging~

Cast, not in order of solo:
Lily (therealallisons)
Kimiko (KimikoOkami)
Saya (animefreakXDD)
Reika (candyraver009)

Passion E-CHA E-CHA by Shiawase Clover / I know I say it a lot, but I ADORE this song! I really like a lot of Berryz older B-sides, especially the ones with Maiha. And when I saw that this was going to be SC's B-side I got really excited. And now, it's here!!

*EDIT* Thanks for the CClyrics!! The cast as listed is not in order of solos, which is why my lyrics were incorrect. So I'll be changing names around a little bit. I'm actually a little frustrated, since it's time consuming. Providing CClyrics in the drop-section, when dubbers are not assigned a certain person, is one of the nicest things you can do. Not required, but greatly appreciated.

The first solo is Lily at 0:32 - at first I was thinking; needs more umph! But! This is actually how Maiha sings it. It's got sort of a easy-going vibe to it, especially on the "kikanai no." I love all of the "Tell Me / Call Me / Big News" parts in this song! All of the solos that are from 0:42 to 0:57 sound wonderful. The 0:59 solo by Reika is fantastic!! She sounds really cute and delivered her line well.

Following at 1:04 is Kimiko, her line is short but sweet, and she reminds me of Yurina a bit here. The chorus starts up at 1:14, and it's awesome! I love the "E-CHA E-CHA"s! And the little 'whoo's. The Chinami line at 1:57 by Saya sounds freaking adorable!! Not everyone gets the same amount of solos; Kimiko and Saya get one more each.

2:15 is Kimiko, and right before her is Lily, both of their solos are on the short side, but still good. Saya at 2:23 is more cuteness, and it looks like a semi-tricky solo, but it's well done. At 2:28 it's Reika; I liked the "TAIMU" part. And it turns out that the duets did get done, but I'm not going back through to listen to them. All of the vocals in this sounded good though, the blending too; so I know the duets were lovely.

Even with things that could maybe be picked at, I really really like this dub. First off, just cause of song choice - but these girls did a good job on it. The overall energy level is really good and I liked listening to everyone. I'll be your best friend if you do more Berryz B-sides, lol.

-EDIT- *tosses up hands* Fixing this entry really pushed my buttons. I was blogging about something else and now I feel fejkgfe fjnqwjkf efkjfnwkj. So I'm just going to go to bed. Sorry for my crappy mood.

Suzuki Airi: Saya (animefreakXDD)
Natsuyaki Miyabi: Rii (AzNxRawRx)
Tsugunaga Momoko: Moka (animeobsessed40)

Bravo☆Bravo by Kanpeki / As I've said before when reviewing this song, there isn't too much that can be commented on, because it's all group parts except for three solos; on by each of the girls. I like this song, but sometimes I find it overly repetitive and just okay. Anyways!

In the beginning, the group parts sound great! I like Saya's solo at 0:49 - she sounds adorable! The chorus the first time around turned out nice as well, including the higher notes. On the group parts at 1:39, one person is louder than the others; I think it's Rii. This is probably due to the mixing? I can hear another one of the girls on the "oku" words though, especially the first three.

1:59 is Rii's solo; she had good energy and sounds pretty good. The following chorus is marvelous, and after some "P-A-T-I"s is Moka-chan's solo at 2:59 - her pronunciation is off. I barely understood her "ichinengo" and towards the end, her "tte run darou ne" is very unclear. So she should work on that, and I would have liked to hear more energy from her.

Hana Pro's latest~

Akimoto Sayaka : Mizuki [ telenagikinetic ]
Oshima Yuko : Kiri [ singingondemand ]
Miyazawa Sae : Hinageshi [ meghitomivaa ]
Ohori Megumi : Chuurippu [ berrycutekinenbi ]

Blue Rose by SKR48 (Team K - 2010 Ver) / This is the second dub of this song to be released as a 2010 version. The first was by Team S back in April. I like both casts- omg! I just noticed that the duet parts are sung by the same two girls from the previous dub! Hina and Chuu at it again, no wonder I was loving those parts in this so much. They sound wonderful together!

Kiri and Mizuki are your leading ladies, and boy, they sure sound fine! All of their solos are wonderfully delivered, and both of them sound fantastic! In all actuality, even though they are the only two to get solos, they don't get heaps of them. They get one each on the two verses, so that's only a total of two per girl. And they did a fabulous job on them!

I love the chorus!! All four girls contributed to it, to make it the awesomeness that it is. They sound so freaking good together! The blending is epic!! Totally my favorite part of the dub, hands down. As many people have commented on the video, it's hard to pick which version of this song you like better. But a choice isn't necessary; just like them both!

Shibata Ayumi : Chika [ bakapai ]
Ohtani Masae : Mizuki [ telenagikinetic ]
Saitou Hitomi : Sayuri [ xmikipinkux ]
Murata Megumi : Kinsenka [ shockingbuggy ]

Saa! Koibito ni Narou by Suika Kinenbi (2010 Ver) / I find myself really liking the chorus to this song. . . .idk why. It's not usually the kind of thing that I'd listen to, but the chorus is catchy, I kind of like the melody. It's made even better since it's being sung by HanaP girls. Congrats to Chika on her offical debut as a member of Gen 5!

I also like the beginning, the "ai no BOTAN wo renda! renda! kitto kitto kare furikaerun da" parts - the first couple of lines of it are quieter until 0:22, when you can really hear the girls singing it. I like how the verses are. . . .assertive? Aha! Tomo words it better "they were all crisp and stood out." Yes, the delivery of lines by everyone is really good.

Sayuri's high note at 0:38 is lovely, so is the one at 0:43, which is Mi/Kin *cheers for cclyrics* I adore Mizuki's 0:48 solo, she sings with great emotion, and sounds cute. Chika's first HanaP solo at 0:53, and it's fabulous! I've heard her before, from when I listened to auditions, but also from various other dubs (on & off YT). And 0:57 is Kinsenka, who is a little pitchy, but still incredibly cute sounding.

1:05 starts in on the chorus, which as I said before; I really like. The first duet is Chi/Sa and the following is Mi/Kin at 1:08. Mizuki's "nai" at 1:15 is nice. And 1:22 is everyone! I love love they way this group sounds together on this song! They sound great together anyways, but it's even better for me that they're singing such a pretty melody.

Another lovely high note; Sayuri's "ru" at 2:06. Chika has a lot of great solos throughout the song, and many of them are equally good, so I haven't been pointing out oodles of them. I do like all of her "aishiteru"s that she has towards the end of the choruses. Another thing I like about the chorus parts, are the vocal-trill thing that goes on with the "ou yo" parts. I love'em! Definitely a very fun song, and a super dub!

"Brand New Sound"

Oh! by Jagiya (SakuranboDubs) / Review by Hikki /Alrighty! This is going to be a relatively short review today. Okay, I know I said that about the Shouganai review and it was like....the longest review I've ever written, but this time, it's for real. WHY? BECAUSE I HAVE A LASAGNA IN THE OVEN. Oh man, I love lasagna...

So, this is Sakuranbo's korean unit- Jagiya, and what's their debut single? Why, it's none other than OH! By Girl's Generation (SNSD). I'm so happy to be reviewing a korean dub! I love SNSD, and I've never heard any of Sakuranbo's releases, so I'm really excited to hear how it turns out. (I'm glad I did this! I'm expanding my dubbing horizon, hahaa)

Unfortunately, this dub just has a cast list, and I don't know if it's the order of solos, and there's no color coded lyrics, not to mention, I'm not familiar with ANY of the dubbers. So this is going to be really confusing/vague to read, and I apologize in advance.

Cast:
Rii (AzNxRawRx)
Chisako (JapanGirlHellopro)
Mashiro (iwearatshirttoday)
Sun-Hi (No Account)
Eva (covered by Mashiro)

Okay, the dub opens in a very 'in your face' manner, the chorus is REALLY loud and staticky. But there is very nice blending of the voices. First solo is originally sung by Seohyun and whoever did her solo had such a cute voice, although she sounded a bit shy. Have more confidence because you do have such a sweet sounding voice! Whoever did Tiffany's short solo has a really great tone, and attitude, she pulled off that solo perfectly!

Then it's whoever did Yuri's solo next! She has a nice, strong voice, but her mic quality is really obvious and there's a bit of static in there too. A few mispronunciations, but I'm not Korean, so I really shouldn't be talking. Then the next solo (after Jessica) is sung by Taeyeon and the dubber has a really relaxing tone, and I loved the small vibrato at the end. And after that is Sooyoung, and whoever had her solo had some pitching errors, but her line "Malhago shippeo" was sooo cute!

OKAY WAIT WAIT. Now I'm really confused, did the same person sing Seohyun and Tiffany's line? Ahhh! Okay, okay, if my guessing is correct Miss Cute did Seohyun and Tiffany's line. Miss Strong did Yuri and Jessica's lines. Miss Cool sang Taeyeon's lines and Miss Perky sang Sooyoung's lines?? Oh man, I don't even know if I'll be able to tell their voices apart, so I see no point in nicknaming their voices.

The chorus once again comes along, and I think the mixer should've really de-amped the lines to make it flow better (I suck with volumes, so again, I really shouldn't be talking). It especially sounds abrupt during the "dance dance dance" lines. But there were parts where the voices really fit each other!

I'm not gonna comment about the verse after the chorus too much. But I think everyone sounded better here! The pitching was right on (at most parts). The only thing I would critique on is that the energy was lacking a bit. But still, it was really pretty! I really liked the solo at 1:31, a bit loud, but it sounded really good! Random side note, I really love Tiffany's hair in every Girl's Generation single.

Then it's the second chorus, whoever did the "Ah ah ah ah" at 1:47 sounded so SUPER ADORABLE!! The person who had Yoona's solo at 1:54 has such a pretty voice, although it sounded a bit weak near the end, but it still sounded awesome! AND OMIGOSH! I love whoever had Sunny's solo at 1:57. Although the mic quality was pretty bad, the voice was really fantastic! Skip to 2:43, the "ah ah ah ah" blended like JOANFKANFAF! It sounded really awesome!

Overall, this was a really nice single to listen to, a bit iffy at parts, but nonetheless it was cute!

Aya here! Lol, I just forgot that I made this little image out of a printscreen when I was watching this dub the other day. Felt like sharing~

Medley (x2) ~ Yo!Pro style

YAY! Thanks to Liana for letting me know about the new account! (You are most certainly welcome!) LOL, I am the first and still only subscriber. Y'all lovely readers of mine should change that, if you follow Yo!Pro at all; channelyopro. And to further inspire you, here is the first upload!!

Yopro Fail Medley / Featuring, in order of first solo: Liana, Antoinette, K, Jko, Nao, Serenyty, and Michikosaki ~ L O L . L O L . L O L ~ I can't stop laughing. I'm sure I sound like a dying horse or something, but I can't help it. I love the added text!! And the stuff people say;

"Tsunku's lyrics are deep like puddles."

"What the f*ck is this song?"

I love that one of the girls keeps trying to guess the song name, and every time she's wrong, the text says something. "Don't Stop, La da da da da da da da da, Don't Stop, Cute Cute, Forever Love! No." LOL.

And someone kept thinking songs were Nanchuu Koi wo Yatteruu YOU KNOW? by Berryz. I love the thrown in "Jiriri Kiteru." And whoever did the "Bum bum bum bum bum bum Boing!" - that was cute.

"Disney's got internet by the balls."

~And that's that!! BUT! There's more! (yay exclamation points!) "Most of the mixers from the old yoproject account banded together to create superbestfureindozu, a shared youtube dubbing account." Another account that is worth clicking the yellow button for. Many of YoPro's previously YT-released dubs have been re-uploaded as well as a few newer ones! Such as;

Ai Takahashi - Liana (www.yoproject.net)
Risa Niigaki - Celia (xxoxxsetsunaxxoxx)
Eri Kamei - Kitsune (www.yoproject.net)
Sayumi Michishige - Catanaition (catanaition)
Reina Tanaka - Spicy (XoSpicyChara)
Koharu Kusumi - Eririn (charmystar01)
Aika Mitsui - Mandy (tokidokihaato)
Junjun - Molly (mollyxface)
Linlin - Jko (thejayko)

Background - Manon (fuyumipopo) & Molly (mollyxface)

~Special Medley~ [Platinum 9 REDO] / I loaded this hours ago and have listened to it quite a few times. After I got done with the recent IKP dub, I found myself going "Wow Wow Wow Wow, doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo, Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah" lol.

I love love love this!! I adore the fact that it's a medley, so you get to hear these fantabulous singers on different songs. And I actually like most of the songs too! It goes; Love Machine, Renai Revolution, SEXY BOY, The Manpower, I don't know the song Jko sings as LinLin, and I can't think of the name of the last song, but I really like it. All of the little extra sounds throughout the dub, the "whoo"s and stuff, really make it super fun. This is so FOW.

SUMMAH RABU

Maeda Yuuka- Amaranth
Ogawa Saki- Emerald
Wada Ayaka- Cerulean
Fukuda Kanon- Amber

Yume Miru 15sai by Madoka (IroKokoroProject) / I love this song! A total win by S/mileage in my book. And as for IKP, I don't even know which of their latest releases is my favorite, because they have all been EPIC! When I was looking at my subs list, I saw at least three dubs of this song and I went straight for this one, because I knew it would be amazing. I was not disappointed.

Cerulean sounds fantastic on her solo at 0:31! I totally love her "aru no yo." And Amaranth's "ah" at 0:41 is awesome!! She did such a good job on holding the note and staying in tune. My complete super favorite part of this ENTIRE song, are the "that's summer love" parts. OMG, I adore them. So I was really waiting for those to come around in this dub, and they freaking BLEW MY MIND. hkrktnhj lkrklh !!! Raburabu~

Emerald's 0:47 solo was well delivered, and as for her "dekiru" at 0:51, I did get the slight first impression that the 'ru' was off -but I listened to it over and over again. And then I loaded up this song by S/milage on YT & screwed around with the play button and timing, until I had it and this version playing at the exact same time (took me like, three tries every time I listened to that part, lol). Then I waited and listened - Emerald and Saki hit the note the same; there is no dischord when I play them together. So I think Emerald hit the note just as she should have.

I was glancing through the comments when I saw Asuna (AsunaSasaki) mention that people often think that the "Wada + Yuuka duet lines are solos." I don't have any lyrics saying who sings what parts, not even any on projecthello.com yet; the scripting for this dub was done by Takara, Amaranth, Amber, and they had to write everything out. So I got curious when I read about the duets and started listening to different spot trying to pick them out. I finally did (and Taka confirmed I had the right spot).

Cerulean and Amaranth sing the "yuki wo motte kagayakou" during Emerald's held out 'ru' at 0:51. They sound really good together!! On Amber's 0:54 solo, I really really like the way she sounds on her "taimingu" - mostly the 'mingu' - I can't figure out how to say what I like about it, lol. She just sounds SO good. These girls rocked the chorus!! I loooove it, more raburabu~

I like the 'FIFUTEEN' at 1:27, however it would be spelt in the lyrics (fifuteen, fifutien, fifutiin). All of the lines from 1:37 - 1:50 is more wonderful solos, followed by more epic "that's summer love"s. Emerald's "-nai na" at 2:00; again, I listened to the original and I think she sang this part spot on! The Ce/Am duet was marvelous, and I liked Amber's solo at 2:03. And following that, I adore the group "tanoshii mon" part.

Amaranth's high notes on her "ni dakk" (2:17 solo) are super! All of the higher notes in this were hit well by everyone! The group "Samishii yo samishii yo" at 3:14 sounds great. As I said earlier, I love the chorus; these girls nailed it. The ending "SUMMAH RABU" by Cerulean is a fabulous end to the dub! LOL I have been listening to this dub on and off for HOURS. I've been distracted some by various things, but Taka was quite patient with the questions I asked. Overall, I truly enjoyed this dub~

R&R + PBS

Campus Life ~Umarete Kite Yokatta~ (hosted by Rakkun93) / LOL, Rae was talking to Aly, Rakkun and I while mixing part of this. They're a bunch of awesome people. With a lot of H!P songs, I'll hear them the first time and be like; whatev. And then a little bit later, I'm all; wow this is really good / I love this song! imadork. Cause that's what I did with this song. But now, I actually like it a lot. Even more so right at this moment, cause I am listening to these two fabulous singers singing it!

I don't even know Rae's mum, but she is one epic person (so is ChiiAyuchan's momma). If I asked my mom to sing something with me, she'd probably look at me funky and then laugh at whatever songs I showed her. Plus she can't really sing, cause she had surgery on her spine via her neck a few years ago, and her vocal chords got jacked up in the process. So singing is difficult for her. And as for my sisters; one of them would be all WTF LOL, and the other one would probably politely tell me no and laugh in the process, cause she sings gospel music and would likely refuse to attempt Japanese. Anyways! (lol, rambling) I think it's great that her mom is so cool that she sings with Rae, even if it is some "Go go! Fight"s or some "YEY"s.

I love that these two each picked a girl to be in color whenever they sang; Rakkun gets points for using Chisato!! And come on, who doesn't love Airi? *no hands are raised by the crowd* that's what I thought! PVs are all good and fun, but not a necessity when it comes to a good dub. So props to Rakkun for doing the bit with the pictures. I know Rae worked hard on the mixing, and it turned out fabulously!

!! I couldn't help but lol a little when I read part of Eve's (xsweetgurl) comment, "Rakkun-san, you actually have a really..HOT voice." - Rakkun does have a smexy voice, eh? Well, whatever word y'all use to describe it, he is one fine singer! I always enjoy listening to him; in fact, I verbally prodded him into giving me the download for his Hitomi no Screen dub!!

But yeah, this is a good song for him. I really like his vibrato, and he did great on his part of the chorus. Gah, his verse solos are fantastic, I love'em all! Rae is a mix of pretty & adorable in this; I've always really liked her singing, and I knew that she would sound as wonderful as ever before I even clicked the play button. She was great on the verses too, & I super love her solo at 2:50!! The music quites down, so you can really hear her; she's epic! And also her "SUKI SUKI SUKI" at 3:18!

This entire dub is just FOW, so go listen~

"First generation member, Princess Peachii, is celebrating her day of birth, and to help her celebrate, we, the members of Hanabi Project have sung this groupdub for Peachii with a little twist to it! This is a birthday dedication to Peachii, who will also be receiving a mini album with solos from the other members and this very song. For this surprise we gave it a code name: PBS which Kerri-kinz calls Peanut Butter Sammich but it actually means Peachii's Birthday Surprise. ENJOY!"

Kago Ai - My-chan (xLittleMystery)
Tsuji Nozomi - Kerri-kinz (StarburstSunDrops)
Yaguchi Mari - Rii (AzNxRawRx)
Mika Todd - Sootie (SootjeNL)

Mini. Peachiiful Pie by HanabiProjects / CClyrics / This is so sweet! I don't like the song itself very much, but the thought behind this dub is incredibly nice. I really like pep and energy, the girls all sound really cute and wonderful. Happy Birthday Peachii~

Minna~

!! I didn't realize until I started writing about this next dub, that it wasn't just a user hosted groupdub. The account oANMITSUo is for releases by the trio Anmitsu. They are currently working on covering the Buono! Live Tour 2010 ~We Are Buono!~ concert, and the following is the first dub!

There isn't much information listed, since I think it's mostly a fun side-project for these girls. & from what the channel tells us, we can look forward to Koucha no Oishii Mise, Bravo Bravo, We Are Buono ~Buono no Theme~

Minna Daisuki / O M G, I love this Buono song to pieces! I always have, and I think I've only ever heard maybe one dub of it (though I can't say I've ever gone searching for it). I know that concerts & B-sides can sometimes be trickier than A-sides to put together as a dub, but to me, it's so worth it. There are a lot of B-sides I ADORE, but never see dubbed. This song is the B-side to Buono's third single; Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! & it's adorable!

Natsuyaki Miyabi - Coco [CocoNStorm]
Tsugunaga Momoko - Juli [juwibean]
Suzuki Airi - Shinju [thecutieastig]

I am familiar with Juli, because she is a member of HanaProject's 5th genertaion (as Tanpopo). But I have heard Coco in a lot of dubs, and Shinju in a good handful as well. These three together make a great cast!! They all really suit their parts; as I listen now without looking, I'm wowed by how much Coco sounds similar to Miyabi at times. The same for Shinju with Airi- but neither are vocal clones or anything. And Juli is like Momoko, minus the kiddyness, plus cuteness. I'm loving it~

I really like Coco at 0:45, and Shinji's following solo is awesome. I freaking love the chorus! The girls sound wonderful together, and plus, I really like the chorus of this song; they did a good job on it. I adore all of the "minna"s throughout the song, and the "zutto" at 2:40 sounded great! Juli's "Kimi ga iru kara" at 3:13 was cute. I really like the melody of the verses, and they are all fantastically sung in this! Coco could maybe have used a sinch more umph! now and then, but she did marvelous overall. Shinji has pretty good energy and delivered her lines well, & Juli's emotion made her lines fun to listen to; her little lifts on the end of notes was kawaii.
