I just want to remind y'all that just cause I write a little about a dub here, it doesn't mean you can't still ask me to write more about it. I'm just going through my subs, and I already see stuff that I'd like to maybe fully write about, but not at the moment. It's just BTW right now, and then on to other things~
Hopeless Dream Chasers:

*alo!kira (xxHelloSparkle) ~ as long as there's love IT'S ALRIGHT / I don't know if I've ever actually heard the second Gen...I think I have, but maybe not with the first Gen? *looks at channel* OMG PIRIRI TO YUKOU I need to listen to that ;w; And make an alo entry soon! Anyways~ The blending in this is wonderful!! Both generations sound incredible with one another, they work well together!
I love love love all of the trios and other smaller group parts so much!! The solos are spectacular, and the chorus is sweet + pretty. This is such a heart-warming dub!! There is some iffy timing, but nothing major- and the little bits of laughing are so kawaii! I can't begin to say enough good things, and express how much I adore this release. The girls' singing is so clear, spot on, and extraordinary! It's pure enchanting win.
Cast (In order of solos)
Mitsuki [MitsukiUsagii]
Hikki [DisturbedStrawberry]
Michi [HitsugayaHinamori]
Aiko [Reinaloverai]
Awai [MadleyBloomingStar]
Jko [TheJayKo]
*xPinkyTeamx ~ Natsu Remember you by Pinky♡Team / I couldn't help smiling and swaying in my seat as I listened to this! I love the melodies and overall it's so sweet + cute! The girls sound so good on the chorus! Those "I'll remember you"s are definitely my favorite parts in the whole dub! And OMG the verses are crazy kickbutt lovely!
There is some great blending going on throughout the song, and oodles of sensational singing! This is another one of those dubs that makes me insanely happy and filled with good feelings, so much that my brain fails with words. It's SO worth a listen. I'm glad Pinky Team makes sure to do something ballad-like every once in a while, cause they're amazing at these kinds of songs. I got a little teary eyed listening, heh.
Saki - Ayuna [AyunaDaisuki]
Momoko - Kaede-chan [lolypop227]
Chinami - Kurichii [MonkiiSuki]
Maasa - Veri [everidian17]

Yurina - Kanny [kannychan21]
Risako - Kate-chan [PirateCool192]
*HanaEmiProject ~ Waracchaou yo BOYFRIEND by Bouken Berryz / Ohmygosh, this seriously impressed me. I've only heard a few dubs from this project, and I actually really like their Yuke Yuke Monkey Dance dub- but this is tremendous! The blending on the group parts is divine and the girls are so together! The solos are clear and adorable! And the energy level is pretty good too!
I'm also happy that this song was picked, because it's not dubbed very much; so extra points for song choice! This is so ridiculously cute, I love it! This isn't a dub that knocks your socks off, but it's very darling and makes you smile hardcore. I immensely enjoyed listening to it!! I am so downloading! Y'all should keep an eye on the Bouken Berryz girls~
Asami: Chiiemiemi
Miuna/Konno Asami: midorixdd
Satoda Mai: Kuridesu27 (MonkiiSuki)
Fujimoto Miki: KonataIzumi124
*SakuraProjecto ~ Shining Itoshiki Anata by Cherry Eggs / The cast list confuses me a little bit, so I just listened without thinking about who sang when. I've never seen the MV for this song! Only the Ai+Reina duet. There is lots of lovely + cute singing in this, but I think overall I'd like to hear the girls deliver their lines with more emotion. There is some pitchiness throughout the solos, but I give'em all props for effort. The mixing sounds fine to me! Some girls' pitch could use some work is all and I'd like to hear them get really into what they're singing.

a!k
Bah, night why must you come? "Because the sun likes to sleep sometime, ya biatch!!" Oh yeah, lol. It's already a quite a bit past midnight and getting later by the minute, plus even though I slept for EVER after I went to bed early last night and then slept in; my mind may be awake but my body is tired.
BUT OMG YES I forgot to tell y'all; I'm on another week of layoff. My place of employment is seasonaland retarded and we're about to hit one of our slow seasons once Autumn fully comes around. We're already getting drops in temperature and some falling leaves *squeals with glee* Which means my birthday will be coming around annnnd so will my older sister's baby! Plus I love the relief from muggy weather!
Anyways! This will probably be my last entry for tonight. Sorry that I was dead for a few days (x wx), it was different things; momentary lack of motivation, work, needing a break to sleep and be lazy. But I have the rest of this week to do lots more blogging!! Before I started rambling on, I already knew what I was going to share in this entry with y'all. I'll be getting to requests slowly but surely, as well as trying to catch up on some of the projects I've been neglecting. But for now~
"WOW! We have a long road ahead of us! An eight-track single?! Since auditions left us pretty busy for the past month or so, we haven't been sending out any releases, but we are back at it now, and to make up for it, we have a couple new treats for you guys!"
The 'new treats' producer Tsuku mentions are; new generation members, new EGGs group, and a special D-SIDE ~ YAY. Alo!kira's last release was Meteor Boy (aka Ryuusei Boy) over a month ago. And now there will be an EIGHT TRACK SINGLE?! (or four, depending on how you look at it). ohmygosh yes. They've been listed as;
o1. The Mandarin [mikan]
o2. Youth Love Lunch! [seishun love lunch]
o3. Let's Go and Do Our Best! [gachinko de ikou]
o4. SURPRISE!
o5. The Mandarin [acapella]
o6. Youth Love Lunch! [acapella]
o7. Let's Go and Do Our Best! [acapella]
o8. SURPRISE! [acapella]
TRACK ONE IS OUT!! Mikan, such a fun song. I don't have the energy (it's way later than when I started this, lol) to fully write about it at the moment. But I wanted to at least throw something about this whole thing up on my blog. It's a wonderful dub and though I don't really know / like the other songs, I still look forward to future releases! Auditions opened in early July and kept the project busy for a while. Now they have four new members to show for it!!
OMG this new gen makes me SO HAPPY and excited to hear more releases from this project! I'm very familiar with Rixie & Ai and they're both fantastic singers!!! I believe I may have heard both Juju and Karri before, though I'm not positive, but I look forward to hearing them as well!!
Alo!kira has also established an EGG group!! Two or three dubbers are to be taken on with every set of auditions, and EGGS that improve get spots in future alo!kira generations!
And speaking of gens and such, I figured I'd go ahead and list the girls who it all began with! They've put out a lot of awesome dubs, and should be proud! I adore all of these lovely talented ladies and am always happy to hear them sing!
BUT OMG YES I forgot to tell y'all; I'm on another week of layoff. My place of employment is seasonal

Otakebi Boy WAO! by alo!kira (xxHelloSparkle) / CClyrics / I've had this pushed off to the side for a while now. It's partially cause my crazy OCDish ways, lol. I don't like writing about a song if I just recently wrote about it, and at the time someone else had done WAO too. And I like to blog about one project, then wait a few entries before blogging about them again. But because I'm horribly behind and mainly just working on requests, I kept wanting to do it and then couldn't get around to it. NO MORE!
Sometimes I totally forget that alo!kira has a blog. Well, to be exact it's their producer's blog; Tsuku. But it's mainly all stuff related to the project, including discography, downloads and information. One thing that I truly love about this project is their line division. When I was reading the drop-down to the dub and saw Izumi's comment ("WE HAVE EVEN LNE DISTRIBUTION, SEE?!") I was like; OHYEAH!
"The main focus of alo!kira is to give everyone in our group EVEN opportunities to sing! We love Hello!Project, but we are very disappointed in the fact that not every girl under the label gets her time to shine. We figure that if we all love to sing, why shouldn’t everyone get their chance in the spotlight?" (taken from the blog's 'About' page) I'm not against casted dubs, they're cool. But with the songs that H!P is really unfair in (ex: a lot of C-ute songs), it's nice to have things divided up more fairly.
Izumi did not have an easy time mixing this. "Garageband decided to eat, maim, destroy, and kill)" her first draft, resulting in her having to start over. So I'm going to be overlooking the volumes in this and focusing on the vocals and overall sound. Yuri has the first solo, and while she has a lovely strong voice, I think she could use more PAWAA; plus her ending "bi" is a bit funky. 0:34 is Okie, freaking sweet as candy. I do like her more on slower songs (or cuter stuff more so than fierce, lol), but all the same, she's marvelous in this.
I really like Risa's 0:40 solo, her "bakari" is sensational. And I'm loving the following trio parts (Iz/Ok/Yu). Izumi at 0:46 sounds great with the effect, her delivery is spot on but she could use a pinch more umph! Ohmy, Yuri's 0:49 solo is killer! I love love it! And I'm digging Okie's next solo a lot too!!; she's excellent! The 0:55 group "Jibun de yanakya!" is so gooood. And a great lead into the chorus~
I don't know if it's cause I've heard this song dubbed a kazillion times, and thus know the song enough to expect a lot of power, but I just feel that this could have more energy overall. I love the girls to pieces, but so far I like other dubs of theirs more than this. Honesty is the best policy, eh? Anyways; all the various part so of the chorus -solos, duets, group parts- are terrific. These gals blend wonderfully together! Solo wise, Risa's lovely at 1:00 and Izumi at 1:06 is kickbutt!
1:09 to 1:21 is all fantastic, including Okie's solo at 1:15, and Yuri's "Yattekuru" ~ plus, I adore the duets. I've yet to mention the spectacular "OH WAO"s! They're in the beginning and all over between the lines; and every single time this cast pwns them. Uwah, I like Izumi's 1:33 solo oodles! And Risa at 1:39 is total love! I adore how she rolls her 'r' in "yatsura" ~ (Btw, sorry if this sucks at any point, it's getting late and I'm getting sleepy, lol).
More fabulousness from 1:45 to 2:01!! There are far too many splendid solos in this dub to talk about them all, lol. I love Izumi at 2:04, she's magnificent and has a sort of an adorable yet rockin' sound. The "SUPAAKU BOOI"s in this are also pretty epic. After the instrumental break it's Yuri at 2:55ish, followed shortly by Okie (3:00) - both girls are outstanding and sound smashing. Izumi's 3:10 solo is awesome!! And Risa has the last solo ("Matteiru") before a last round of "WAO"s.
I said this could use more energy -and I still think that slightly- but even so this is a wonderful dub. It's not crazy low on energy or anything, no no no, and the cast is super talented; this particular song just makes me want more, since I think that it really calls for a lot of passion. I'm always ecstatic to hear stuff from alo!kira, and y'all should be too! This is totally worth a listen~ Again, I apologize if I'm sort of rambly in this, my brain is starting to shut down.

Hello Sparkles!
Izumi [faraBANG] *mixer
Risa [omgspazattack]
Yuri [Fuonyuri]
Hare Ame Nochi Suki (alo!kira) / CClyrics / I'm sitting here going; didn't I just review this song? It took me a minute to remember because the dub I listened to before was a concert version so I didn't recall the PV. And....WTF is up with Risa and Er's hair in this vid? Total lol. Anyways! What is the lyric translation to this song? I could play this dub for my niece when she's born. These three would put her right to sleep with their sweet, lovely, pretty singing.
Izumi has the opening solo ~ I could listen to her sing 24/7. I still have her CitS oneshot she sang for me, and it's in it's own little folder titled IZUMI! Which should really say IZUMI&RISA, since two of the files in there are from both of them *changes* Anyways, she starts the dub of beautifully!
Risa follows and OMG I was taken back at how awesome she sounds here! It's probably cause I haven't exposed myself to her epicness in a while, or maybe it's because I've never heard her sing this song. She sounds SO GOOD! Seriously loving her. 0:54 to 1:22 is more fabulous solos from the girls, including Yuri's first; I love her "yashii" at 1:13ish. And each of their "nee"s at the end of the pre-chorus are fabulous!!
1:38 is also Yuri, and she does really well on the high notes, her "nochi SUKI" is great! Izumi's entire following solo is splendid! She always sounds so pretty on her notes *o* Risa's 1:24 solo is kind of pitchy, but her "SUKI" at the end of the chorus is fantastic! I adore her lovely voice on the low note.
After another wonderful verse we hit the pre-chorus again. On Izumi's solo at 2:43 I love how she sounds on her "ne" ~ And Yuri's "ni yo" at 2:55 is terrific! Gawsh the vocals in this dub are magnificent! More chorus! Risa's 3:19 is epic! The girls are so good at hitting their notes! Her "nochi SUKI" is spot on and gorgeous! This is a great song choice for this cast, since it really lets them shine.
Yuri's "OH YES..." etc solo at 3:27 is so pretty as well. I know I keep using the same words over and over to describe what I think about this dub, but I can't help it. If the shoe fits? Frick!! Izumi's "SUKI" at 4:18 gave me tingles. It's smashing!! fjnfk efkjnefjkw. I love how each girl got a chance to sing that part of the chorus, makes me happy.
Risa's "I LOVE YOU" has a fabulous more-mature-ish sound to it, I like how it came out, even if the end of her solo is a tiny bit pitchy. And the last part of the dub is three final "SUKI"s, one from each girl. Yuri's is lovely+darling, short but sweet. Izumi's rocks!! I love the way she sung down the scale a little bit on the end of her note. And Risa closes on another lovely low note. YAY I love this!!

As For One Day by alo!kira / D'aw ~ Okie and Noeruu are on hiatus, so they aren't in this release. I miss you, gals!! Keep being awesome! This single had to be re-coded a few times due to things that came up, but to the project and it's members, especially mixer Yuri; props for persistence! Speaking of; Wow, Yuri sounds so good on the beginning part!! She stops and starts in the right places, speaks with nice emotion, and just makes it flow along nicely.
I'm really tired as I write this, heh, so sorry if this entry fails in any way. Risa starts off the first verse; I like both of her "ah"s, as well as her "uh" at 0:51 & she sounds lovely on the 'i' of her ending "nai." I love Yuri's "irareru"s at 1:04! And her "atta" - gah, she hits so many pretty notes! Izumi at 1:10!! Her "kyou de sayonara ne" part is fabulous, though the whole solo is great. fkljf fkjjwenk, this whole dub is full of amazing sounding notes. And Izumi's " ne" is one of them!
Oh, these three blend well together, I really like how they sound on the chorus (first @ 1:20); the "AS FOR ONE DAY"s are marvelous!! After those each time are a few duets, common pairs being Ri/Iz & Ri/Yu, Iz/Yu. As I listen at 1:22, the duets are all quite similar in sound, and so I don't think I like one pair any more than another; it's all fantasticness. I am failing at keeping my eyes open; come on, body! Don't be tired. 1:39 is Izumi's "sayonara koi fubuki" solo & boy oh boy, she pwned it! Super splendid~
Following her last solo, 2:06 is Izumi on the verse this time, sounding as wonderful as ever ~ I like her "bocchi." Honestly, I find the melody of the verse parts in this song boring. The girls all sound great, but I don't find myself loving those lines cause the melody is 'meh'ish for me. Anyways, Risa's "Yeah yeah" at 2:21 is so cool! She sounds so...cool, lol. Semi-gangsta like or something. 2:23 is Yuri, I adore her "denwa no nai hi."
More chorus at 2:41!! kjnefkje Epic. I really really like this dub! Serious win. The duets are smashing! fjnfjkef. Sometimes I run out of ways in which to word how much I like things. I even use a thesaurus! So when I say ramble on like this, and say; I really like this ~ I totally mean it. I'm just having a fail moment with words.
3:01 is Risa's "sayonara koi fubuki" solo, lovely lovely ~ all three of these girls have such amazing vocals! And after the last (kick-butt) chorus, Yuri has the ending lines; her "anata wa konai" is beautiful! I am so downloading this. Sorry to the alo!kira girls that I didn't get around to this sooner. I'm glad I did finally have a listen, because I truly love this.

SHOKKU
Izumi [faraBANG]
Risa [omgspazattack]
Noeruu [kingdomheartstibute]
Okie [DivaDagger]
Yuri [Fuonyuri]
Shock! by alo!kira / CClyrics / OMG THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY! Not only because the girls sound good, but because they didn't stick with what lame-o Tsunku did with the lines!! Risa commented that "I laughed in the beginning with 5 different voices coming out of Airi's mouth" - and I admit, it's kind of funny. But my first reaction was kjgnf jkfwekj ! ! ! Or something like that, because I was SO excited that this wasn't going to be just a solo with back up singing. No offense to people who have done it that way, since it is how the song goes, but I hate H!P for doing that to the other girls of C-ute. Is line distribution so hard? [/rant]
Yuri freaking blew my mind on the beginning verse (0:51). Her first line "ichinen chikaku tsudzuita" is kind of quiter compared to the rest, but it's smooth and smexy sounding, and it catches your attention, leading you on to the next line where you go WOW cause her "konna no hajimete dakara" is totally bursting with energy / emotion and she sounds awesome! And the energy stays for the rest of her solo! I really like how Yuri sounds on all of the "kara"s that end the last three lines. She delivers her solo fantastically!
Noeruu's solo starts at 1:04; she had a really good first line, I really liked her on the "bi nan dashi" part. You can tell she had a little trouble on the second line, but she recovers from it so well! Her "suggoku" was unsmooth, but there are a lot of times I'm singing lyrics and trip over my own tongue. And following that, at the end of the line her "datta" sounds fabulous! Her note on 'ta' is very lovely. She goes a little off on the "mo" of her third line, but I'm lapping up the delightful umph! that she sings her solo with.
I'm not a big fan of the pre-chorus in this song, like at 1:17 (reoccurs later too) - I just don't like the melody of it; nothing against the girls. They share the different extra vocal-sounds throughout the songs - Risa's "SHOKKU"s at 1:18 are marvelous, and Yuri's following one is sexy! Izumi's "Un" at 1:29 is freaking EPIC. Ohmygosh, I love it. This group blends splendidly together! I really like them all on the "fukki rana kereba" (1:35) of the chorus, which is actually really short, but great!
1:51 is Risa, and OH EM GEE. Her first two lines sound amazing! - "matta kuso buri misenai, anata ga sugoi no kashira" ! She nailed them so hardcore, gjnjkggr fewfnwekn! Her next two lines aren't as smooth, but still good. She went a little off on the 'kana' of the "kidzukanai" but it's such a tiny little off part that it's gone in the black hole of it'doesn't-matter. Her overall solo is excellent.
Izumi at 2:03, she had a fantastic first line! I really like the first line of all the girls' solos, as what I said about Yuri's applies to them all; they're a lower-ish & quieter line that sounds smexy and leads into the the next line. Izumi pwned, it's probably my favorite line from her, "namida ga konya mo tomaranai." Her third line sounds good, but at the same time her "tengoku jigoku" is a bit unclear. Though it's understandable, since it's tricky *tries to sing it and fails* She had great energy / emotion throughout her solo!
Okie's "SHOKKU" at 2:18 kind of left me wanting. The first syllable is usually held out a little, and hers were real short. She sounds cute, but just sort of 'shock' and not "SHOKKU!" lol, I don't know if I'm making sense. Noeruu's 2:21 "SHOKKU" is great. And next is more wonderful chorus! I like everyone on the "koukai shinasai." And I adore Yuri's little "CHAA" at the end of it. I don't know why, but I don't care for Okie + this song. I love her singing oodles and oodles, but I think other songs suit her voice way better. Her solo was good nonetheless.
The girls finish well on the last bit of chorus; I freaking love the "natte yaru wa" - how they go up to the high note! I get tired of this song fast, even if I like parts of it. So yay me for getting through it all, and props to the alo!kira girls for doing such a magnificent job that I wanted to listen to it all the way through, lol.

The 'bla' in Blabodu really does stand for blabbing
I warn y'all in advice that this is long~
Thanks to Liana of Yoproject for her nice words about Blabodu ;w; I feel a little bad for those that check this blog everyday, as I don't always get done as much as I'd like. Sometimes I just get distracted, and other times my internet or YT decides to hate on me. It's being difficult right now and hasn't been very fast all morning. Maybe because of the rain. idk.
I again point you in the direction of Batmanz Kikaku's latest releases; Otakebi Boy WAO and Tomodachi wa Tomodachi. Downloads can be found in the thread, and I also linked y'all to the YT vids. Props to Liana as mixer, Joel as Tsunku, and to the singers; Rei, K, Nyanko, Suu, Bakapai, Molly, Msaki.

I can never say no to a request / shared dub from Izumi~ It makes me immensely happy when people send things my way, so don't ever hesitate! "alo!kira did a cover of Nanchatte Renai by Morning Musume! I know what you're thinking: REALLY SERIOUSLY?! NOT AGAIN!!" lol, not in the least. I love this song and I really like listening to dubs of it. Good suggestion, Noeruu.
Izumi [faraBANG]
Risa [omgspazattack]
Noeruu [kingdomheartstibute]
Okie [DivaDagger]
Yuri [Fuonyuri]
Nanchatte Renai by alo!kira / My OCDness about colors is niggling at me. But I chose the ones I did because they are close to those used in the color-coded lyrics, and I figured it'd be less confusing than if I had picked totally different colors. CClyrics are my new best friend, I love having them. Just like I adore having a MP3 download link.
"She also hand-made every single echo and every single backing vocal here, which I've not seen many dubs do." The 'she' that alo!kira's producer is talking about, is Izumi. (Thanks to Kappa of HanaProject for answering a few questions I had regarding NR's instrumental). That means that every time you hear a second voice singing quietly in the background, that's her! She did great on the harmonies.
0:37 is Noeruu; cute! She has good energy and I'm loving her bits of vibrato. Okie at 1:06, sounding as sweet as usual, she always delivers her lines really well. The echo tailing her "aa" at 1:12 is great. 1:15 is Risa and Noeruu, and they sound so cool! The autotune on the rap parts is epic! In the middle of the rap at 1:20 is Yuri on her little "Oshiete hoshii" - though small it's fabulous. Okie's "Otona ni naru" sounded fab. Risa's "Ikenai ne" at 1:27 is lovely.
The chorus the first time around starts at 1:30. The "Nanchatte"s are sung by the whole group, but the rest of is by Yuri(1st part) and Okie(2nd part). Both were spot on; great pitch and timing. 2:04 is Risa, I really liked her "waratteru ko nante Iru no ka na." She also has a nice vibrato, and sang with good emotion on that part.
Yuri sounds wonderful at 2:33! I've always liked this part of this song. It's upbeat like a rap, but she's still singing. idk if that makes sense. More fabulous rapping at 2:42, again, the added autotune is cool. But with or without it, Izumi and Okie pwned. I really liked the way Izumi's "watashi" and Okie's "Imi naku guretari" sounded. And their ending "Aishitai" is spectacular!! Okie has the line and Izumi does the harmony & ohemgee, they blend perfectly. The chorus again at 2:57, by Risa(1st part) and Yuri(2nd part). Both gals sound magnificent.
SHAME ON YOU, AYA. I decided to turn this up real loud so I could hear everything really well. And I'm surprised that I've never actually listened to the instrumental. It by itself is a thing of beauty. I know I sound corny when I say that, but I mean it. I love orchestra-music and I have a weakness for string instruments (violin, cello, double bass, etc). Probably one of the things that subconsciously drew me to this song. That and the piano.
The violin parts in this sound amazing. 3:33, Izumi's singing + the music blew me away. Her solo is splendid, but combined with the backing music, it's beautiful. I also hear a harp? some kind of string being plucked during the verses, and it's awesome. I could write this entry entirely about the instrumental itself. I wonder what a ballad version of this song with music only would sound like ;w;
Noeruu's "aiso warai" at 3:46 sounds great, and is an awesome way to lead into the main group part of the song a second later. iogegnjkrgnjkregr, these girls sound so good together!! It's epic. I really really liked the ending because of the blending. I listened to this dub with my amazing wireless huge ear-incasing headphones and also with earbuds. Just to see if I missed anything.
As I said already, Izumi did a wonderful job on the harmonies. I really focused on them with the second set of phones. She sings them on the last line of the first part, each time the chorus is sung. The first time I didn't notice it as much, but at 2:05 she sings along with Risa on the "Iru no ka na" but she goes low, and it's brilliant.
What's cool about the echoes is, there are a total of about five well-heard echoes and if you're wearing headphones they go back and forth from one side to the other. I guess if you have earbuds it depends on which ears they're in. I heard three on my left and two on my right every time, but if I switched the earbuds it flipflopped. A faint 6th sometimes can be heard if you really listen.

Bah, it's just past midnight and I work tomorrow. So I have to be finishing this up. Goodness, I talked a freaking enough. Alo!kira did a super job on NR. Thanks again to Izumi for sharing. I think I might have gotten more dubs covered if my internet wasn't so evil to me today. I spent some time doing other things because I was frustrated with trying. I'll have to catch up tomorrow, and then there's always BTW after work on the weekend. Nightnight dears~

The violin parts in this sound amazing. 3:33, Izumi's singing + the music blew me away. Her solo is splendid, but combined with the backing music, it's beautiful. Tomodachi wa Tomodachi Nanda groupdub, hosted by aurorazx / jihbfejwkfkwfn. It's been a bit since I listened to this song, or even a dub of this song; and this one is fantastic! I love the way these four sound together!! And all of the solos were killer (I mean that in a good way. Like; durh, my brain cells are dying from the awesomeness).
I don't know for sure if these go in order of hearance? So I'll just go by the first four solos. Everyone had good energy and did well on the fastly-sung verses. 0:28 - ohh, lovely voice, well delivered solo! 0:37 - One of those mature-ish voices that still sounds cute. 0:46 - freaking adorable! 0:55 - Loving the maturity, and the little bit of vibrato I heard. All of the girls have fabulous vocals, and did good at giving their lines character.
The solos at 3:07, with less backing music, were amazing! Anywho, if I tried to do the rest of the song I know I'd get confused about who's singing when. Plus I already fully covered this, back when Yamabuki (HanaPro) released it. But y'all should totally have a listen to this groupdub!! This dub was requested/shared by Faefae (nytefaerie)~

Okie [DivaDagger]
Yuri [Fuonyuri]
"lover's creme and my pudding" (Aisu Kuriimu to MY PURIN) the latest from alo!kira project / ohemgee - ILU! whoever made/offered up the color coded lyrics; it makes things so much easier. This is one big fabulous mix of cute & sexy. Or should I say, DIRTY & SUGARY SWEET, lol. It's a little bit of both, and a delight to listen to.
I wasn't sure who the first solo was, cause it's not colored & I think it just got missed. But I'm a smart cookie (lol, who took a few minutes to figure it out)! I believe it is Yuri, cause there is a pattern where whoever sings the first two solos, duets together on the next line. And since 0:26 is Yuri & Noeruu, and 0:24 is Noeruu; it makes sense that 0:22 is Yuri. Uwah! imadorkwhooveranaylzesthings.
Anyways, they both sound great on the opening lines of this dub! I also liked the following trio, which is the other three girls (Okie, Risa, Izumi). This pattern continues throughout the song; solo1, solo2, 1/2 duet, 345trio. I really like how the distribution is! You get to hear all the girls, plus different combos, on top of the awesome full-group parts. Nice mixing too.
0:29 is Okie, killing me with her kawaii voice. I liked "shite" at the end of her line. Risa at 0:31, I never tire of her lovely mature vocals. Gah, the blending overall is flippin' epic! 0:39 to 0:54 are all really good solos as well! Again, I'm glad that you get a good listen of each gals' wonderful singing. Izumi has great energy!
I don't like this song's chorus as much as the other parts, but it still sounds great! I adored Yuri's "SUTEKI." I mean, it is catchy and fun. idk. Maybe it'll grow on me. Noeruu has a very sweet voice, but she was a little quiet sometimes. Could use a little more umph! Sing loud & proud, girly! Risa's "FUTARI" at 2:15 was pretty, nice vibrato.
1:44 is Izumi, sounding splendid. I know I already mentioned it, but she has a great energy level, probably the best. I liked Okie's "minna ni tou wa" solos at 1:55 and 3:02; short but sweet. 3:15 was a really good line for Yuri! Her "yana no" was nice. All three solos at 3:07 were marvelous (Risa, Okie, Yuri)! Yay Noeruu, it was cool to hear her with a little more umph on her 3:30 line.
And Izumi's "SUTEKI" ends this song on a lovely note. Really a good groupdub! This was a request on my end, from back when I last covered alo!kira. Izumi (faraBANG) was the one who remembered, and was sweet enough to send it my way~

UWAH & BAKA

In reply; Y'all are definitely welcome. I immensely enjoy listening to RCR & alo!kira and was happy to blog about both of them. I'm glad that I got to showcase y'all and share your singing with other people. - Both of the girls said a lot of awful nice things, and Tsunku also passed along a message. Arigatou~ for the wonderful thank you!

And since we're already talking about RCR, share time!!

"love rider" (Renai Rider) by itadakimasu -- let's eat! (the Cupcakes) The A-SIDE to their second release / I can't say this has ever been a favored Buono song of mine. It's not awful, it just doesn't appeal to me. I don't care for the verses much mostly. But enough about the song; this isn't the best dub in the world, but pretty darn snazzy for a group of sick gals. Total props for recording even while not in the best health.
This is kind of a high song, eh? Like those "Suki da yo! Omae, Suki! Suki! Suki" parts; oh my. They turned out pretty good! I really like Risa's mature voice. Izumi had good energy, but being sick made her pitchy. Okie sounds freaking adorable! The majority of the solos turned out well, if it were a non-sick dub I'd say; more umph! - but I get where they're coming from. I've heard them before and they really are good.
My favorite part of this would have to be the chorus. It's my fave part of the song cause I like the melody there, and also I like the way the girls sound on it. It's not super high and you can hear each girl with her different voice, but at the same time they blend well together. I like how there is highish, middle-high and middle-low voices all in the same group. Diversity and unity. The little three-lined parts right before the chorus each time are also pretty.
Look forward to their B-side "it's a waste otherwise!", which should be coming out soon!

On a side note; AkaAnzu is now byebye off of my blog. I won't go into details. Let's just say he isn't a respectable dubber and hasn't been nice to some of my best dubbing buddies. He's gone by many names, including the username lkenokoi. He's also on the watch list of several dubbing/Karaoke groups and forums.
Dude; super mega big no. Way uncool. Anti-props. If you can't be respectable, you sure as heck don't deserve any kind of props. We don't want fakes or liars. So in the words of C-ute, Momusu and Berryz; "Bye Bye Bye" "Baka" "Bye Bye" (Bye Bye Bye, Onna Ni Sachi Are, & Bye Bye Mata ne - totally minus any and all good feelings/lyrics)

Eguh, er, Egao
Freaking long day. Worked 9 to 9. A little annoyance from biatches, but mostly just a long day. I was extremely bummed when I realized that I wasn't going to get much time online tonight. Less time means less blogging, which makes me sad. But I shall do as Hinagiku says and try to BE HAPPY~ Lol, all day today I had dubs in my head.
Nanchatte Renai - Mango Musume
BE HAPPY! Koi no Yajirobee - Hinagiku (Hana Pro)
Cafe Buono - Grazie! (Bonbon Project)
That was like, my mental playlist today. Mango was my driving music, I kept on singing it in my car, but other times as well. Be Happy was just stuck in my head cause of it's epicness. Bonbon came into my head out of nowhere. I covered their Cafe Buono dub a little bit ago, and so I'm very familiar with the cute dub. I kept hearing the girls going "Ciao!"

The wonderful Izumi [faraBANG] contacted me, and cutely requested that I listen to a dub by alo!kira project, hosted on YT channel xxHelloSparkle. The group has a very informative profile, which is lovely.
This "group of girls who love to cover Japanese songs" is mainly focused on giving "everyone in our group EVEN opportunities to sing." I definitely agree that H!P isn't always fair with line division, sadly. And so I think this is a wonderful idea. "We figure that if we all love to sing, why shouldn't everyone get their chance in the spotlight? That idea created alo!kira ('hello' in French, 'sparkle' in Japanese)."
Aha! Now the YT username makes sense, lol. The project was formed on December 01, 2009 and has since released five dubs. There is currently only one generation, consisting of five girls. "Sounds Like: We'd like to think we sound like our own sound" - such a great way to think.
Izumi [faraBANG] ** various solos
Risa [omgspazattack] ** mainly Niigaki solos
Noeruu [kingdomheartstibute] ** mainly Takahashi solos
Okie [DivaDagger] ** mainly Yoshizawa solos
Yuri [Fuonyuri] ** mainly Fujimoto solos
I am not an Egao YES Nude fan, sorry Momusu. And unfortunately, I've already fully covered this song, so I won't do it again, least not now. But I must say, these girls sound great!! Since Izumi was sweet enough to share with me, I shall share with y'all!
Since it's not really defined who sings when (and we all know I fail at functioning without a listing) I'm not going to comment on the different girls' voices, cause I'll confuse myself. But! So so many lovely voices, they suit this song well, and sound fabulous together! I didn't pick out any wrong notes from my like dozen+ listenings.
I know or semi-know most of the dubbers in this (or are at least familiar with their voices), except for Noeruu. So I'll have to have a peek at her profile. The 'kingdom' part of her username niggles at my mind, but idk. "Please keep on the look-out for this single's B-SIDE, Lover's Creme and MY PUDDING, which is scheduled to come out on April 27." I definitely shall!!
The producer/head of alo!kira, Tsuku, has a blog about the project; announcing releases and giving advice, compliments and critique to the members. The entries are amazingly detailed, which I think it awesome! Also, A!K has their own forum, including a small Basic and History thread.
OH! And the title isn't saying that I feel 'eguh' about the dub, 'eguh' sums up my day at work, lol. And then hearing this Egao dub made it better!

I'd like to thank all the wonderful people who take the time to drop a comment or say something in my shoutbox. It makes me ridiculously happy to read everyone's feedback and I love talking to and about you fabulous people.
And due to such feedback, I now have the full cast list for Mango Musume's dub of Nanchatte Renai - YAY! Big thank you to Serené! That entry has been edited and the cast list updated! Also in reply to Sootie & Serené on my 'KiraKiraProject - SEXY BOY' entry;
You are both very very welcome!! I'm so glad that to you liked my wall of text. Keep being awesome, gals! & Serené, I know you'll eventually knock us off our feet. Just keeping singing, just keep singing, just keep singing singing singing~
