✰PA-FE✰

(Banner made and sent to me by Awai)

PA-FE Kyuuto's 2010 KIRAMEKI SweetZ Summer Concert is almost over! It wasn't intended to be huge, only ten tracks in length- long enough for the girls to put out some awesome releases and have a blast in the process! I haven't listened to all of them, but I'm happy that thus far I've gotten around to hearing some of them!! I really enjoyed their Pira! Otome No Negai, and more recently Subete Wa Ai No Chikara.

I chatted with PA-FE's adorable leader, Awai, and she told me that "part 10 of our concert will be the special mobekimasu medley" ~ I don't know what that is off the top of my head, but medleys are oodles of fun! She also told me something that had me totally freaking out; PA-FE and the wonderful boys of ★Boy-ono are going to do a collab!! gkbewbgfewhbgh!! I am so looking forward to that.

I had to make sure I could blog about all the info Awai told me before I started this entry, lol. I don't want to giveaway stuff that is not going to be annouced until later, but she gave me the go ahead so here I am to share it with y'all! After the concert, PA-FE will be saying goodbye to Generation 2 member Ai, who is leaving to focus more on her school work. But until then, look for her in the last few concert tracks!!

"I do a lot of planning ahead with my project" ~ Awai also shared info on what will be the girls' 4th single! I won't give away the song choices yet, but I'll tell y'all that they will be singing selections by Dream, Morning Musume, and C-ute. I know I'm such an mp3 monster (thanks again to everyone who indulges me) and that was one of the things I made sure to do when I was writing to ask about PA-FE; Subete Wa Ai No Chikara download YAY!

I think that about sums up the news, so I am going to move on~

Cast: Awai, Michi, Ami, Ai, Coco, Airu

Subete Wa Ai No Chikara / CClyrics / I LOVE the speaking parts to this track!!! The girls are so so so mega fun and cute! They sound pumped and did a great job on the intro! I love Michi's line at 0:11, the way she says "subscribed" is freaking adorable! I like Coco & Awai's "onegai shimasu"s and I love Ai's " SUBETE WA AI NO CHIKARA" at 0:31. Ami and Airu are sweet, and I love that "I think you can all tell that we all love singing together" was in the script. The chorus in this is my favorite!! The girls sound wonderful- individually and together!

Cast: Awai, Ami, Malice, Michi
Ai, Ash, Coco, Aiko, Airu

Be Alright! / CClyrics / Cute cute cute! The audio's volume was a little low, I had to turn up my comps volume for a good listen. I'm not a huge fan of the song and at some points there could have been more umph! but the solos are darling, the overall energy level is swell and I think this turned out marvelously! I like all of the parts -the verses are fun & cute- but the chorus is probably my fave.

--Keep an eye out for more from PA-FE!!

Concerts+

Because all of these projects have only come out with about one track since I last blogged about concerts, I decided I'd listen to all of them. Again, if I'm missing a concert feel free to shoot me a message about it and I'll be more than happy to start including it! I'd also like to take a moment to be...MP3 greedy. I know, I'm so bad!!

But I just love dubs so much that I wanna listen to'em all the time, without waiting for YT to be nice to me. Just *click* and TADA. My list is rather short this time, but I haven't really taken stock of what I want. I would LOVE to have an MP3 of MottoImouto's Summer Shuffle 2010! Part One (GuruGuru JUMP! & Tane), as well as Onna Be's two latest groupdubs (Sprinter & Perfect Girls).

Thanks to everyone who takes the time to please little ol' me~

Totally Up! Project
2010 Summer

Kamei Eri: Katie & Serenyty
Mitsui Aika: Yumiko
Kumai Yurina: Hinaki
Okai Chisato: Ameimi

Oujisama to Yuki no Yoru [Track 10] / Ohmygosh, I haven't watched any concert performances by the new Tanpopo, so this is a treat for me! Wow, I checked out the MP3 and it doesn't have any of the wotas and other sounds. I get that they're there in the dub cause it's a concert, but the sound is so much better on the MP3! You can really hear the girls, so I suggest that y'all give it a listen. You don't need to download if you don't want to, cause it's on box!

To prevent me from rambling on, I'm going to pick out my favorite solo by each girl. Starting with Hinaki; her 0:53 "ofuro ni hairou to" is short but splendid! Many of the solos in this song aren't very long, so there isn't always lots to say about them but that doesn't make them any less marvelous. Hinaki sounds very sweet on all of her lines! I like the "shitara" at 0:56 too, how the word is split up and sang slowly.

I don't know Katie and Serenyty apart, I can tell the difference between their voices, but I don't know who is who. The wonderful beginning solo ("TEREBI wo mitetara") and the lovely solo at 2:09 ("oujisama mitai na hito tte") are by faves from the two. Ameimi is sooooo cute!! I like all of her solos, like the short little "BAITO" at 0:59. My fave from her is tough- I like her at 1:18 and also at 5:53ish.

What I like most by Yumiko is actually really short; her "dakedo" at 1:23 is pretty! My first thought when hearing her was that she sounds kind of quiet / muffled. In the MP3 you can hear her much better though! I also like her 2:36 solo. The group lines in this are super lovely and sound terrific overall! The girls did a real nice job on this song~

Kireina Project Aloha!
~Summer~ 2010 Concert

Yajima Maimi: Saya (animefreakXDD)
Umeda Erika: Juri (Juwibean)
Nakajima Saki: Rei (RaReiRoo)
Suzuki Airi: Kimiko (KimiOkami)
Okai Chisato: Lily (therealallisons)
Hagiwara Mai: Okie (DivaDagger)

Shiritsu Kyougaku [Track 3] / The tracks in this KireinaPro's concert seem to be short but sweet, with none of them being over 2 minutes. But even with the length, all of the girls get a chance to sing- which makes me happy. Rei starts the song off and just blows your mind with her extreme kawaiiness. I adore her singing and think she did a smashing job!

0:29 is Juri, who sounds very pretty, and cute too! She also sings with emotion, as all of the girls do! That's it for the longer solos; following are Kimiko, Saya and Okie, they may not sing long but they certainly sing well and sound fabulous! Ohmy, I love the girls altogether on the chorus, especially the first line, "Anata wa donna kakkou shite kuru no" ~ but all of the group part is fantastic, and so is the dub!

Yoku Project Concert 2010
Summer ~*Ai wo misete kudasai*~

Tsugunaga Momoko: Mai (dblingchiu)
Natsuyaki Miyabi: Lizzie (Liz9419)
Suzuki Airi: Belly (Rasubelly)

Nakimushi Shounen [Track 9] / Whoa, is that the instrumental that sounds weird? Whatever it is, the vocals totally take your attention away from it almost instantly! The chorus of this song is so freaking catchy, I love how this trio sounds on it in the beginning. I really like them on "kono basho wo tobikoete ikou" ~

I love Belly's mature sound so much, she's super lovey and delivers wonderfully! Liz totally rocks her solos and sounds sensational! Mai is so cuuuute! She's much more than cute, but that's the first thing I think of when I hear her, cause really- she's adorable!! She sings terrifically in this. All of the girls have a moment of odd timing in the second verse, but it's no biggie.

For some reason, my head likes to mix up Lizzie and another dubber with a somewhat similar sound. But with this other person I often think "more energy" and so sometimes I make a mental note of that before I hear Liz, then I realize I'm confusing people, lol. Liz has got great energy! Mai has a more gentle energy, because of her cute yet quietish singing. It's more noticeable at different times.

Wow, this is a Momo & Miyabi dominated song, which is surprising 'cause Buono is usually pretty fair or if there is anyone with a few more lines it's Airi. But Belly has 4 solos while Mai and Liz has 7 each! I try and talk about cast members as evenly as possible, but it can also depend on line division- Belly doesn't have as much to comment on, but she did a swell job!! And all of the girls contributed to the delightful chorus!

PA-FE Kyuuto! 2010
KIRAMEKI SweetZ
Summer Concert

Cast: Awai, Aiko, Ai

Pira! Otome No Negai [Track 6] / CClyrics / Whenever I think of this song, the duet by Kohaku and Himawari comes to mind. Sadly the video is no longer up, but AHA HA HA I have the MP3 that I downloaded ages ago. I love being able to listen to stuff I like, even if something happens to it. I can pop the MP3 on my box account if anyone is interested, just let me know! But on to this dub!

"Yes we decided to sing the crazy tongue twister song" and a tongue twister it is indeed! With those "PARAPIRAPORAPORAPPO" and "PIRAPPOPPOPPO" parts. But they're really fun!! Geesh what a spectacular job this trio of tremendous gals did! The whole beginning part is awesome and spot on, with oodles of emotion and good pronunciation!

0:37 is Awai! I always have good things to say about her- she's fantastic as ever in this! Cute + pretty + & peppy! I wish the volume of solos was a little louder; it'd be nice to hear the girls more. 0:50 is Aiko with her strong and lovely vocals, followed by the fun & epic "WO AH OH..." by all three. 0:57 is Ai, who is utterly adorable. I like her "Setsunakute"

More solos- Aw (1:04) & Ak (1:11). And then it's another round of...would it be considered the chorus? lol idk. The tongue twister followed by a short solo, part of the song. The first time (0:23) Ak & Ar had the solos, and this time (1:20) Ak & Aw have take turns on them. I'm going to skip over the magnificent solos and the kickbutt "PARAPIRA..." part from 1:33 to 2:57, and jump into the solos thereafter;

YAY we get to hear the girls sing the one of the main parts individually! I have to say that I like Airu the most. The melody is higher, lower, higher, lower- Airu really sounds great singing both and delivers well! That's not to say I don't like the other girls; Awai and Aiko both sound excellent! As listeners, we all have different things that catch our attention, eh? The rest of the dub is mainly more group-sung tongue twisters, with a few solos here and there. I really enjoyed this!!

*EDIT: it was Ai, not Airu. I got confused because the CClyrics said it was Airu, and it was not noted anywhere in the drop-down section that Ai was covering. So without such a note, I put two and two together, and figured it was Airu in both the castlist and lyrics, simply shortened to Ai in the cast. Thanks to Airu for setting me straight!

Hana Project
Natsu Matsuri 2010

MORNING MUSUME: Sayuri, Ajisai, Kanna
Suiren, Kisagi, Kiku, Aoi, Kuchinashi, Chuurippu

BERRYZ KOBOU: Himawari, Kiri, Kikyo,
Lilmenchi, Rina, Nadeshiko, Asagao

C-UTE: Tsubaki, Ibara, Hinageshi
Chuurippu, Kuchinashi, Asagao, Rina

Souda! We're Alive [Track 32] / I've never been a big fan of this song. So even though the Hana girls sound amazing, this dub doesn't float my boat a ton. I do like parts of the song, and love the emotion that it's all sung with. 0:29 is fun, and 2:00 & 2:38 are pretty. The solos are outstanding, the group parts beautiful yet packed with punch, and overall this turned out awesome!

Poll + Concerts

YAY POLL TIME! Blabodu went for so long without one because I fail at thinking things up sometimes, lol. But with it being summer and quite a few concerts going on, I randomly decided to make a poll about them! Thank you so so much to the 75 people who took the time to click!!

As you can see from the results, about 57% are participating in only one or two concerts. I'm sure the amount of free time each person have varies, depending on different factors; other dubbing related stuff, work, school stuff over the summer, or perhaps other plans. But even so; about 22% said they are participating in 3-4 concerts- I'll bet they are busy bees!

12 of the 75 choose the "No" option, probably cause they A) aren't in a project that is doing a summer concert B) don't have the time, or C) because they chose not to. With the last choice I didn't think there would be much of a percentage, because 5 is quite a few concerts! Only 3 people selected it when voting. Props to them for taking on such a load!

I think if I didn't blog but dubbed instead, I would probably be the first option; my job would prevent me from doing more than that. Before summer started I was forewarned by a dubber that the season would probably be busy, with a lot of people free from school and concerts starting up. I am and have been very behind, but I chug along like a happy little steam boat. I'm hoping for some time off in October or November though~

And while we're on the subject...

I am going to try and stay on top of concert releases. I haven't listened to many of these, a few here and there, but I'll try to in my own time. I'd mostly like to acknowledge that I've been seeing them released and to share them all with y'all! It'll be the same set up as last time. If I don't list a concert you're in and you'd like me to add it to this list, I'm more than happy to. You only need to let me know!

Something that crossed my mind last month or something; have any of you (project / concert leaders) thought of putting the MP3s of your concert once it's completed into a zip file for download? I would definitely be willing to give those a shot, even with my sometimes lame internet, lol. If not, even simple individual MP3s make me ridiculously happy~

2010 Concerts

I don't have enough time before bed to really do any actual writing. I need to make sure I don't stay up too late since, sadly, this is the last day of my layoff and I go back to work tomorrow. Something that I've been wanting to do, but haven't gotten around to, is making a sort of status update entry about the currently ongoing concerts.

The video displayed for each concert will be the latest track released. Then all the tracks will be listed in order after that- to lessen confusion I'll bold the last track's number as an reminder. Not too long ago I did an entry about the first 20 tracks of HanaPro's concert; you can find that here. I've written about a few other concerts semi-recently;

Milky Star : [x]

Kireina Project : [x]

Yoku Project : [x]

Hopefully I didn't mix up any of the links in this, cause they're all over the place. If I did, feel free to tell me. I was going to include download links in this, for those that provided them. But that's more work and I need to get this done. I'm sorry if I missed your project's concert. I surfed through all 80+ of my subs and this is what I found. You can always send the info my way~

YEAH!

I apologize for my laziness lately. Work was really long yesterday and I was pretty beat when I got home, which resulted in a lack of motivation to blog. But I am going to try and catch up some today. Let's get started!

PA-FE Kyuuto! 2010 KIRAMEKI SweetZ Summer Concert

GEN 1:
Awai, Ami
Malice, Michi

GEN 2: Ai
Ash, Coco
Aiko, Airu

BonKyu BonKyu Bomb Girl! [Part 1] (PaFekutoProject) / YAY PA-FE! ohemgee, I love the intro part of the video! It turned out SO NICE! Huge props to Awai. I don't care much for the music that plays during it, but it's a good choice because of it's upbeatness. Another thing I love is the CClyrics!! I think it's so cool that they include the speaking parts and little extra sounds!

2:32 is where the first sound is actually heard, making it the official start of the concert. The "WHOO YAY"s in this dub are very peppy+cute. And you've gotta love the "BON KYU!" etc parts!! They aren't my super fave part about this song, but they are pretty fun. Awai has such a kawaii voice - speaking and singing wise; I love her short bit at 2:48.

Starting at 2:53, Aiko and Ash have the first two solos and they're terrific! Most of the solos in this aren't very long, not giving me oodles to comment on, so sorry if I am short of words, lol. Aiko has a mature sound with a cute edge to it, while Ash sounds so so lovely and actually quite Gaki-like. One of the things in this song that I adore are the "YEAH"s thrown out there! Airu (2:59) and Malice (3:01) 's are marvelous!

Following right after is Michi, who is totally cute!! And then it's Ami, sounding crazy pretty+lovely. One thing I'm a little confused about is Zarah's name listed in the CClyrics and not in the cast. And then Ai and Zarah's names look about the same color, sooo ~ I am thinking that maybe Ai has all of the pinky-purple lines and Zarah doesn't sing at all? The "YEAH"s second time around are Ai (3:08) and Awai (3:10). Ai's is wonderful, and I lovelove Awai's!

The fabulous "LOVE...ME DO" part at 3:11 is by Aw/Ai/Mi/Aik. YAY CHORUS! It's my favorite; I love the melody and this cast sounds so fantastic together! 3:29 is Malice, sounding as awesome as ever! And Awai's "Come on" following the "WHOO YAY" is adorably epic. The "HAPPY...has come" at 3:33 is Ai; she crescendos spot on and sounds magnificent! Awai's 3:56 solo is splendid!! It's quick-paced and she's right on beat and cute as can be.

4:08 is Airu and she's sweet! She hits her high note pretty well even though she's a tiny bit off key and I like her "na" ~ she also has good energy. Everyone has good energy!! At about 4:14 the volume gets a little loud and there is some fuzziness. The dub finishes off with some more "BON KYU"s followed by the "WAO" at 4:39.

GEN 2: (FK)
Ai
Airu
Coco

GEN 1: (Yume)
Awai
Michi
Malice

First Kiss & Yume to Genjitsu [Part 2] / I listened to this but I'm not going to talk about it because I honestly have other things I need to get to. Besides some minor static on the louder parts this turned out wonderfully! All the girls sound spectacular! Definitely worth a listen~

Misc

Hagiwara Mai: TaiTai
Nakajima Saki: Jay

Hare no Platinum Doori by °F-uyu (FubukiProject) / "I don't usually sound like I do in this song, but I was sick and took advantage of it to sound like Mai. Haha." lol TaiTai. He sings with great emotion and a nice volume, delivering his solos splendidly. I love Jay. I'm so glad he shared his singing with me, because it's awesomely ear pleasing. He sounds fantastic in this dub!

And when these two guys sing together? Ohmygosh, the blending is sensational! The chorus is win. Overall this is terrific! TaiTai is endearing and fun to listen to because you can tell he gets into it. And Jay, I could marry his voice. Mmbby. This is definitely worth a listen!

Alie [alieongaku] european portuguese
Kate [piratecool192] dutch

Especial Geração (supernadaproject) /Oh man, I'm a sucker for multi-lingual dubs. I've listened to many Disney ones, lol. Which is why I know part of Part of Your World (TLM) in Japanese and then sometimes accidentally switch over two words in another language (though I don't recall which it is). Anyways!! This is a really cool idea~

Geesh, these two ladies sound super! It's so interesting to hear this well known song in a different language. I don't know if all the translating was done by Kate and Alie, but whoever did it; props! The syllables fit well into the melody, so that the lyrics sound pretty smooth.

Kate has a great voice and did well, though she'd be awesomer if she sang with just a bit more umph! But she sounds wonderful and I enjoyed listening. Alie rocked this!! I love her voice / singing, she has such PAWAA! It's addicting and makes you want to listen to her over and over again. She's epic!!

You rarely get to hear the girls together since they aren't singing the same language. But they sing "hold on my love" at 2:34, and also the little vocal 'wow' bit at 3:06 - which is spectacular! And they sing "super special generation love" together at 3:30, which is pretty sweet. I really like how they sound as a duo. It'd be cool to hear more multi-lingual dubs from this project.

The PA-FE Kyuuto! 2010 KIRAMEKI SweetZ Summer Concert
, premiering July 5th! Awai, with the help of Gen 2 member Ai, put together this video to advertise PA-FE's upcoming concert. I believe it's leader Awai talking, and she not only has a cute singing voice but also a cute speaking voice! I'm looking forward to this, and so should y'all. Great video Ai!

Misc Project Releases [P]

It's a bit much to decide what to write about when there is so much to catch up on, guh. So I decided to use a random generator (1-26), matching up alphabet letters with their numeral positions. After choosing as letter this way, I will refer to my list of projects and whatever falls under that letter I will check out the latest from.

This is totally random, but with the sheer amount I have to catch up, it's too much to sift through everything without some kind of system. So here we go! The first two tries resulted in nothing, since I don't know any G or X projects, lol. The next was 16, which corresponds with the letter P. I know many people have asked me to look at things, and I promise I will! Every few letters, I'll do an entry about something that's been shared with me~

I've already written about PA-FE's latest dubs, you can find those entries by clicking on their label on the right hand side, or simply here. They've recently done songs such as; Ryuusei Boy and Roman ~My Dear Boy~ (click links to listen).

If you're a shoutbox reader, than you know that the awesome leader Awai just shared with me the news about PA-FE's upcoming concert! Their YT channel tells us, "Premiering On July 5th 2010 at 6:00pm central time! PA-FE Kyuuto 2010 KIRAMEKI SWEETZ Summer Concert!" I will be very busy this weekend at work, because of the holiday. But I hope to catch this!

I am still in love with Pinky Team's dub of Sakura Mankai (which reminds me, I need to get the MP3 for that). I've listened to quite a bit from them, though I don't remember how I discovered them in the first place....*backtracks to first PT entry*

Ahh, it was Sayuri [Lilacsilk28] who lead me to them indirectly. You can see past entries on them here. Of all their current groups, I have to admit that my favorites are Pinky Team (H!P) and Aegyo (kpop). But overall PT puts out a lot of great dubs! Let's take a look at some of their most recent;

Momoko :: Okie [DivaDagger]
Miyabi :: Aiko [RenaiLoverai]
Airi :: Sayuri [Lilacsilk28]

MIRACLE HAPPY LOVE SONG (Pinky Team Special) / I remember back when this single of Buono's first came out and Rae asked me if I'd heard this song, which is the B-side. I hadn't then and I still haven't until now. I don't care much for the song itself, but the OPV is pretty sweet; props to karakedi06 for it.

Aiko starts things off at 0:16 ~ Uwah, she's always got such great energy! I really like the verses in this dub and she sounds fabulous on the beginning of the first one. She hits some pretty notes just within her first two lines. Her "kita" is a tiny bit off, but it's minor. Next is Okie, and geesh, I adore her. She sent me the MP3 for her solo dub of Taiyou no Uta, which I downloaded in a heartbeat and have already listened to like 20 times or something. But as for her in this dub, like at 0:27, she's sweet and fantastic!

Sayuri has the pre-chorus at 0:39, I don't know if I'm the only one picking up on it because of my headphones being weird or such? But I hear a slightly odd...high pitch quiet buzzy sound? during her solo. But ignoring it, she sounds as wonderful as ever! 0:54 is the first chorus and you can tell a lot of the notes are at the edge of the girls' range; they sound a little strained. But they managed them well overall!

There are also some pitchy notes here and there by different gals throughout the dub, but I bet this isn't a super easy song to sing. I've heard all of these girls before, and they're usually pretty spot on. So I think that maybe the trickiness of the song and it's notes caused the amount of pitchiness in this.

One reason I like the verse so much -it has a nice melody and it's in their ranges- they all sing it well and in key. I think it's the part / melody that suits them all the best. Even if this isn't a favorite of mine from PT, I'm happy to have heard a new song through listening to these girls' singing. Props to them for tackling it!

Akimoto Sayaka :: Rixie [RixieMixiePixieDixie]
Masuda Yuka :: Hikki [DisturbedStrawberry]
Ohori Megumi :: Mitsuki [MitsukiUsagii]
Miyazawa Sae :: Okie [DivaDagger]

Blue Rose by YAKUZA / Oh yay this song ~ it's good. Gotta love sites like projecthello and Stage48; lyrics. Wow, this turned out pretty snazzy! The overall volume seems a little loud though; I went from one dub to the next and had to turn down the volume on this one cause it was too loud for me.

With the way this song goes, only two girls get solos (Rixie and Hikki) while the other two duet together on the pre-chorus (Mitsuki and Okie) and I like that part as well as the verses, but the chorus is my favorite. I don't have a whole lot to say on this one, idk why.

I enjoy this, but my brain is failing at breaking it down, lol. Rixie and Hikki sound splendid! Okie and Mitsuki aren't always noticeably blending because they aren't always balanced in volume, but they both sound marvelous. This is so worth a listen.

OTOKO NO KO

. . . OTOKO NO KO can be tricky to say LOL I sit here slowly sounding it out in my head, inhale, exhale, and trip over my tongue when I try and say it fast. My mind kept wanting to say something else. But after a few tries I got it right. It makes me think of Risa's "otoko no ko demo" solo in Mikan. OTOKO NO KO is PA-FE Kyuuto's third album~

Cast: Awai / Ami / Zarah
Malice / Sachiko / Michi

Ryuusei Boy by PA-FE Kyuuto / I don't know if I've ever watched the beginning to this PV before (*o*) It's so cool, I LOVE that Yurina is the last one in *fangirlsmadly* Props to this project for including it. The dance to this song has always made me giggle, lol. Anyways, it's been a while since I listened to a dub of this by anyone, so here we go;

This makes me smile hardcore. Michi has an awesome first solo at 0:39 - I love it!! Not super long, but definitely super good. There is a tiny bit of strain on the first few higher notes, but she managed them well and I really like her "boku shidai." The next solo (0:46) is Zarah, her whole "Shouri wa chikai" is awesome! Her 'ri' is pretty and I adore the small vibrato on her ending 'i'

Sometimes I am such a dork. On the smaller group parts, the ".... Ryuusei BOOI" lines, you often hear Aw/Am/Mi in them, though the rest of the girls each partake in at least three of them. I bet it can be tricky sometimes when your dividing up lines and you've got X amount of dubbers and X amount of lines or whatever, and then duets and solos and trios to spilt between. But yeah, all of the those parts in this dub are magnificent!

Frick!! Ami's 0:57 solo wowed me, she has such a sweet voice! And I adore her light vibrato on her "mo" - she sounds fantastic! 1:04 is Awai, sounding crazy adorable!! Her solos are like, the equivalent of a chocolate cupcake to my ears. Sweet and something I immensely enjoy. I like her "Sou darou." The melody of the pre-chorus is catchy, and throughout the dub, it's all duets! Aw/Ma have the two lines starting at 1:18, and ohmygosh, they blend epically! I adore how they sound together!

Sachiko's 1:32 solo is a little on the quiet side, and could have maybe used a little more umph! but she sounds delightful. Malice at 1:50, ohhh lovely. I like her mature voice, though I'd like to hear her on a bigger solo, the ones in this song are kind of small. More wonderful duets; 2:05 is Am/Ma and following is Aw/Mi. Aw, Sachiko at 2:26, but she has the exact same line - she's another girl I'd like to hear on a different song, but!! "...this is Sachiko's last dub with us, so everyone please wish her luck in the rest of her dubbing career!! We will miss you"

Wow, Michi's "CHANSU" at 2:33 is so powerful, so BAM! I like her energy! And then we the little instrumental break where we get to watch the Berryz girls be all shooting-star like in the vid, lol. 3:10 is Awai! Gah, I adore her singing and the umph she sings with! She always puts a lot of pep and emotion into her lines, which makes her fun to listen to. She has one of the two longest solos in the song, and she pwned it! Following is Zarah ~ I really like her "BOOI" it's great and has this cute edge to it.

Inbetween the last set of "Ryuusei BOOI"s is Ami's "Tsuyoku nareru kara" (3:28), which is very lovely; I like her other solos more though. And freaking WAO, Malice ends the dub spectacularly! Her "CHANSU ga kuruze" solo is made of win!! So energetic and UWAH. I definitely had fun listening to this dub ~ totally worth a listen.

*note* I've been making a lot of typos lately LOL, so if you ever notice something, just let me know. It's much appreciated!

OTOKO NO KO [PA-FE's third single & Lailai BBD debut]

Cast: Awai / Ami / Zarah
Malice / Sachiko / Michi

Roman ~My Dear Boy~ by PA-FE Kyuuto Project / Review by Lai / CClyrics / Yaay! My debut here on Blabodu XD That's so special desu. So, Aya-mother-in-law-chan is super busy and I decided to TRY to help her by doing a review. Let's get started, shall we?

Musics with talking parts are always more challenging to do because you never know if the person is going to do it the way we all want her to. Roman ~My Dear Boy~ is a song that i really love, specially the beggining. Zarah did Yossie's talking part, and she totally made me wanna dance with her.

Next, we have Awai's cute "You know!" that made me squee like a fangirl XD BECAUSE I JUST LOVE WHEN PEOPLE DO IT RIGHT, 'U KNOW? Ami's "Come on" and Malice's "Yeah!" were pretty good too -raburabu- Now let's move on to the singing part. First of all, I'm glad because the group parts sound really good. Great blending and great energy. Good job girls! The first solo at 0:27 is Michi's and is definitely my favorite line from her. She has a great energy and an incredible voice range.

Next we have Malice. Great energy but her mic is a bit static. I specially lover her "Let's have a dance now" at the end. :3 Next is Ami~ Her voice reminds me of Malice's a bit. Maybe they should duet. I think her solo at 0:54 needed a bit more power to it and I also don't like her mic. XD I can't say anything about mics since mine is not that good either.

AANYWAY. Sachiko's turn! I think she was... shy? I don't know, for some reason her voice seems like she was trying to sing without making a lot of noise. Girl, you gotta rock it! Her "Hey" was kinda emotionless too. But with more energy, I'm sure she would have been great. Zarah, my dear. I just love her. Her voice is so pretty, strong and full of love. Her "Let's have a dance now" made me wanna marry her. So good. -raburabu- Basically, all of her solo lines are amazing. Total nosebleed.

Last but definitely not least, we have Awai. God, her voice is so cute. I wanna adopt her and feed her with love. ;^; The only thing I hate to say is.. guess what? I don't like her mic too. xD But her voice is total love, every solo line from her made me giggle like a little kid that just won a strawberry cake. Overall, this dub was really good, full of energy. Mixing is also good, I just wished the vocals were a tiny bit lower. I guess that's it, see you next time! Lailai OUT!~

~Aya here! Thanks so much to Lailai for writing this. It makes me very happy!! And yes, I am still in need of more writers, even guest writers!! So don't hesitate. And about this dub, first off, I can't help it; what the frick are they wearing in this video? Is this Magenta Jumpsuit Apparatus? Regardless of Momusu's odd outfits, and the fact that I don't love this song; I enjoyed this dub as well!!

PA-FE [P2]

"HAI!! That's right PA-FE Kyuuto is back with gen 2 auditions!! We are looking for at least 4 new members to join us and debut in our first concert! PA-FE Kyuuto 2010 KIRAMEKI SWEETZ Summer Concert!

Please watch the entire video for all the information!! Our project doesn't cover a specific Hello Project group, we just sing which ever song we vote on. We are looking for very talented singers to join us, DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? THEN GO AUDITION!"

The auditions Awai mentioned! LOL, I adore the video choice! I love that it's a concert, though I don't know the first song. Whatever it was, it's just okay. But when Bon kyu! Bomb Girl came on, I was cheering (in my head) right along with the crowd. I think I mentioned it before, but what makes up an audition video is actually important.

It's like an advertisement; you want it to be informative but not boring. I'm not even auditioning, and I watched the full video just to see / listen to the concert. I really like the font that was used too~ Auditions have been open for almost a week now, and the closinge date is currently set at June 1st.

PA-FE's latest release was of Otakebi boy WAO, but since that's been covered on here enough, I figured I'd share their previous dub, Come Together. I've never heard this song, but it's kind of cool. For the video, Awai mixed together the regular PV & the closeup-version.

The Cast: Awai / Ami
Zarah / Malice / Sachiko
Michi (covered by Ami)

I don't know if this is order of hearance, and I'm lacking lyrics, so I won't break this down by name. This is a great cast!! A nice mix of mature, cute, and voices inbetween. I can pick out Zarah easily, because I'm familiar with her lovely singing. I think I can pick out Awai, from having listened to her RIVER dub. But I'm not really sure about anyone other than that.

Overall, I really like this. These gals did a good job on this song. & The beginning was a great start. I like the "Yeah yeah yeah yeah"s, as well as the "No No No Fu" parts. And the "NO NO Believe Me" as well. I adore many of the notes that were hit, the semi-higher ones. There are a lot of good lines in this, and the group parts are fabulous~

PA-FE [P1]

Lameness. I've been sick for the last two days or so but I didn't get to the doctor's until yesterday. She prescribed some antibiotics and now I just have to ride it out. It's been messing with my focus a bit lately, and at times I just feel like crap. I left work early yesterday cause of it (which I never ever do), and thankfully have today and the next two days off! *cheers*

For some reason, probably due to it in part, I was super tired when I got home yesterday and could barely keep my eyes open. I kept putting my head on my arms on my computer desk and would, embarrassingly enough, end up dozing and drooling, lol. I went into the living room for something, sat down and my sister woke me up hours later. That's why I didn't get much of anything done, but I am really going to focus these next few days!!

Okay, with that out of the way (what a way to start an entry, lol), since there hasn't been on in a while, it's MINI INTERVIEW TIME! Awai and I exchanged a few comments, and she nicely requested to be interviewed, so here we go~

Okay, I'll admit. My questions this time around aren't very original. But I got lots of info in the end, so it's all good. & OMG, I had no idea that Awai was the leader of PaFekuto Project!!

AYA: *When did your project first start?* I see the date listed on the profile, but is it accurate? Have you gone through any data loss or had to start over with a new account due to some YT lameness?

AWAI: "The project started on July 5th 2009. I haven't had to re-make an account or anything so the date on the profile is accurate. I have deleted a few dubs on purpose though,because we don't have separate groups for our project anymore."

AYA: *Where did the idea come from?* Just a random thought? A friend's idea? A funny conversation? Did it take some consideration, or was it a; Let's DO IT, kind of thing. Did it take a lot of time to get going?

AWAI: "I guess you could say that it did take a lot of consideration from me because I had been a member of a lot of projects that became inactive, and I wanted to start a project that would do well, but I didn't want to do it alone. I got a Co-Leader to join me because we had a lot in common and both wanted to start a project.

It took about 2 weeks preparation for it to get going. Chikako (the Co-Leader at the time) and I thought of the project name and the other groups names over those 2 weeks. Once we uploaded the gen 1 audition video it got going pretty well! I deleted the video since then but I do think we got plenty of auditions."

AYA: *Who are/is the leader(s) and/or sub-leader?*

AWAI: "Well this project used to have 2 leaders; Chikako(TheMCgaki) and me (madleybloomingstar). But after about 3 months of doing well, Chikako became inactive and so did the project for awhile. Chikako kinda left and now it's just me, the leader, and our new Sub-Leader Ami (amiswami2)."

AYA: *What would you say is the goal of your project;* Are you set on making progress as a group, or is your main goal to just have fun? Somewhere inbetween?

AWAI: "The goal of PA-FE Kyuuto is definitely to improve as a group and to become a very close family! I want us to all get along well and to talk to each other and not just hand lines in and go. I don't strive to become as big as Hana Project or anything, but I would like us to be known for really great dubs, have good comments on our videos, and a good amount of subscribers."

AYA: Anything interesting you'd like to add?

AWAI: "Those that support our project, Arigatou! And to those that don't know who we are, please give us a chance!! Auditions are open, we want REALLY ACTIVE members!! And also look out for our 3rd Single OTOKO NO KO! Track 1 is Roman My Dear Boy and track 2 is Ryuusei Boy!! Track 1 will probably be up by this Thursday (today)! And this summer look out for out first concert. PA-FE Kyuuto 2010 KIRAMEKI SWEETZ Summer Concert!"

AYA: Any questions for me?

AWAI: "How do you keep up with all the dubbing groups on YouTube? XD And do you ever dub?"

AYA: lol, well it's definitely something that keeps me busy. Until recently, I just worked off my subs list on my main account (MiriuOniaya) and took PMs and shared vids. Now I have two more accounts to help me organize things;

Blabodu (YT) is where I have subscribed to all of the projects I currently watch, and where I will subscribe to any others I discover. As I've mentioned, YT only stores 100 videos at a time, and with projects, dubbers and whatever else I am subscribed to on my main, things easily get pushed off before I see them. When I want an update on what's been recently released from projects, I sign into Blabodu and check my subs list. The other account, BlaboduNP, deals with non-project things, mostly solos. And it serves the same purpose.

As for dubbing, now and then some friends and I will joke around in skype or msn. I don't have a mic right now, but I do have my camera. A handful of days ago, Izumi, Risa and I were recording & sharing back and forth; though they recorded more than me, lol. Rae, Aly and Rakkun sing for me all the time (ILY'ALL) and once I get off my lazy butt and get a mic, it'd be mega cool to join them. I sing a lot for my own fun, and when I record something I like, I usually share it with them.

More Misc

Awai / Ami / Zarah
Malice / Sachiko / Michi

Otakebi Boy Wao by PA-FE Kyuuto / LOL, OH YEAH OTAKEBI! I can't help but laugh, since I just did that big entry on this song yesterday. It's just a popular song, has been since it came out and it probably will be for a while, until Berryz comes out with another epic song.

I'm not going to go into detail because I don't think I can break this down again so soon. But I will say that this is really good! I'm loving it. So props to the cast for doing such a great job. "PA-FE Kyuuto will soon be holding generation 2 auditions so please look forward to that! After our gen 2 members are chosen they will debut in our very first concert!!" Something to look forward to.

Sugaya Risako: Lily (therealallisons)
Natsuyaki Miyabi & Sudou Maasa: Reika (candyraver009)
Tsugunaga Momoko & Tokunaga Chinami: Saya (animefreakXDD)
Kumai Yurina & Shimizu Saki: Kimiko (KimikoOkami)

Tsukiatteru no ni Kataomoi by Shiawase Clover (KireinaProject) / I think I've already said that I don't care for this song; it's not bad, but not my fave. But!! This dub is fabulous! Ohmy. Lily started the dub off with her first solo at 0:29. She has a very lovely voice, and sang with character, but I feel she could sing with a bit more energy and sound twice as good. I also liked her at 0:53, especially the "gokoro."

Reika sounds so freaking cute!! I like her at 2:00 cause she has two solos in a row, lol. I adore her singing; all her solos were epic. I really like her on the early part of the verse-melody, like at 0:44. Pwnage. Kimiko's first two solos were nice but I think she needs to sing with more energy. I liked her last solo a lot, at 3:46, her "Anata ni kataomoi."

Saya is a complete darling, and she sounds so kawaii. She suits Momo very well, and her lines were all spot on! Her "Ne Ii desho" at 1:08 was great. I really love how peppy and bubbly she is, she's realyl fun to listen to. If this were a different song, I'd download in a heartbeat, lol. Y'all should definitely have a listen. You're ears will be thanking you~

And!! They list their next song as Passion E-CHA E-CHA by Berryz! I love that song! "ONCE MORE, CALL ME, PLEASE" - I hope they do a version with Maiha ;w; I miss her so much.

deliriumlight as Yajima Maimi
TokiDokiHaato as Suzuki Airi

ENDLESS LOVE ~I Love You More~ / This blew my mind a little. I love the chorus where they sing together, the blending is OMG! And they both nailed their solos. I really need to look into this H!P-AS 2010 Summer Idol contest.

"It will basically be similar to American Idol (this is what inspired me) but slightly different. The studio is planning to gather J-pop fandubbers on youtube and on other sites to audition and try their luck if they can get in to the final lineup and join the official competition.

The winner willpretty much be decided by the viewers as they vote for their favorite singer. 3 Judges will be doing the pre-screening and they shall be giving the constructive criticisms during the competition."

Don't hesitate to audition if you're interested / YT link / Blog
