HANA CON

I have been putting this off forever! Not too long ago I downloaded every track of the concert that had been thus released (20 at the time), just so I could listen and enjoy Hana's concert. I don't have the time to go through every single one of these kickbutt dubs, so I'm going to give you track titles, YT vid links, and download links. I've already written about the first two tracks, but I'll give you the info on them anyways.

[05] Massara Blue Jeans / dl / I just had to say something about this, since it's one of my favorite tracks (of this 20). The beginning high pitched-ness made me lol a little bit, but all in good fun. I remember how I used to dislike this song way back when I was learning about H!P, but then it grew on me and now I adore it. The first time through this dub was instant love for me.

I love every single solo by each of these fantastic girls!! Tsu, Aki and Iba all are superb on the first handful of solos, though I especially like Ibara's "LET'S GO" ~ ohmygawsh I love the duets!! First off the melody of the pre-chorus is lovely, but on top of that it's this spectacular group of gals singing it!! I really like Tsu/Asa's "kaketara" at 0:41. Following is Hina/Chuu- all of the pairs are splendid!

0:50 chorus time! The blending is awesome and mega ear-pleasing. Sweet sounding Rina has the first solo, and then fjkhwfewf Tsubaki's "bijin ni natta" at 0:59ish is killer brillant WOW! The group "Take me out! All long time"s in this are wonderful! I kind of wish the "DOTABATA shitete mo..." etc parts were by everyone, but in this concert version they're only Maimi & Airi. Tsu & Iba are magnificent on them! I don't know who cheers the "yeah!" at 1:27, but I love it! The, er, enlongated 'oh's by Tsubaki, echoed by the rest of the cast, are oodles of fun too.

Tsubaki's 1:40ish solo just blows your mind. She's beautiful and soft to begin with, then once again jams down on the dynamite button with her "bijin ni natta" ~ I like Ibara's 1:58 solo a lot, her high notes are good & her voice is so lovely; she's outstanding throughout the dub. I know this is a Airi/Maimi dominated song, so props to Tsu & Iba for doing so well on their parts, but also to Aki, Asa, Hina, Chuu, and Rina for their contribution to the group parts! This dub PWNS!

[17] Kiiroi Oosora de BOOM BOOM BOOM / dl / Hotfritters, do I love this dub. I was new to the song before this concert, I love the melodies in it, and the chorus is cool+catchy. Suiren's opening "YES YES GO GO GO" is delicious! Nadeshiko is lovely at 0:39, and Kikyo's following solo is kawaii! Y'all already know that I adore Tsubaki from my ramblings in Massara, so I'll try not to fangirl over her too much in this as well (lol). I like her 0:43 "futari notte" ~ 0:48 is Himawari, who has good emotion & sounds wonderful on her "futari no ai"

All of the girls deliver well and with emotion, and also a...coolness? lol, I don't know a word for it. A smooth, ohyes, delectable, smexy-undertone attitudeishness - whatever it is, it's befitting of this kind of song, and the girls got it! The "saa yukou" at 0:56 is awesome, and a great lead into the chorus, which I love!! All of the "BOOM BOOM BOOM"s are sensational! And the blending is divine. Suiren's "tabidatsu keredo" at 1:13ish is fiercely epic! (She sings the same melody a few times & every time it's terrific)

After the little dancey (if you're watching the vid, lol) instrumental break, it's more chorus! 2:09 is Himawari, and frick does she sound gorgeous & excellent! 2:23ish is Nadeshiko, I love her "ai no hosh" ! Suiren's vocalizing ("yeah") at 2:34 sounds incredible!! That's another thing, all of these lovely ladies have such great control of their voices! Oodles of talent in Hana. But yeah, basically this dub rocks!

[19] Aozora ga Itsumade mo Tsuzuku You na Mirai de Are / dl / And last but not least, I just had to share this with y'all. I remember viewing this part of the actual H!P concert before and I've always liked this song. I love hearing everyone in Hana altogether, they have such a great sound. It's heartwarming to listen to this. I don't have much to comment on, since it's all group lines and the entire dub is charming & enjoyable.

--As for the songs I've only briefly mentioned, it doesn't mean they're less fabulous or anything. I just don't have the time to write about all of them, so I picked out the few that I -personally- really liked. Y'all should give'em all a listen! As I mentioned, I found it easiest to download them all and assemble a playlist.
