Sorry Raebee, that it took me freaking forever to get around to this. I'm really glad I finally clicked on it, cause it's totally worth it; as I expected it would be. Anything by the Hana girls is fabulous!! (RANCHII Office Ladies is made up of HanaProject members)

Miyabi's face at 0:46 = Aya's face at really cute parts. Maasa's face at 1:44 = Aya the rest of the song. LOL. So many cute/awesome little sounds and parts, like the "SO DO SO DO" and "SO RA SHI DO." The "da wa da wa" and all of the "suki"s. Kappa's "woo" at 1:31 was adorable!! Butbut, I really loved everyone in this!!

I already covered this fully though (IKP's dub), so I'm going to stop rambling. All of these lovely (RANCHII) ladies did a fantastic job!! I'd press that 'Like' button once for every girl in this and a few more bajillion times for good measure; alas, I can only do it once. This dub is also uploaded on the HanaProIndies channel!

The first time I listened to this, I couldn't help smiling and bobbing along in my seat. The song is adorable and all of these gals sounded wonderful!! This dub is just so good that it puts a smile on your face. Even after I got off last night, while I was moving about doing stuff I kept singing this song with the Hana girls' voices in my head.

[*] Who does not love those "WE WELCOME THIS HAPPINESS TONIGHT"s? Okay I'll admit, they get a tiny bit repetitive, but they're still fun and cute. And they sound super in this dub! I don't think I'm going to comment on every line this time around, maybe just my favorites from each of the girls~

Raebee! She does so great on Risako's lines. Not that she sounds like her, but Rii is one of Berryz's main singers and she has the lead a lot of the time; Rae takes on that spot well. She's got such a pretty voice and she sings strongly. I really liked her at 2:22. She had such great energy, and her "AH" sounded super/pretty.

[*] I swear, I was having Aoi withdrawls. I can never ever hear enough of her. Goddess of Kawaii. I really liked her at 0:33 on her "nagaku shiawase ni naru to" line, and again at 1:22, but she sounded as marvelous as ever throughout the song. At 0:52, Martha blew my mind. I loved her "deaeta" so much. The light vibratio she had on the last "ta" was beautiful.

On her "eien wo chikau MERODI" lines, Aji didn't really seem to go up on the "wo". & It's such a cute little part of the line. But!! She sounded wonderful on her 2:06 solo; I loved her held out "ne." And she suits Saki, I thought so from her first little line at 0:39.

[*] I really liked Kappa at 1:07 on the "ne" and the end of "freedom." She had good energy, and I just like how she sounds on the melody of that line. Asa! I know I've heard her before, I think, cause I recognize her username. She sounded really adorable at 2:44! I like her voice, but I should have a better listen to it.

Miss Buggy sounded cute on all her lines,though my favorite was at 3:22. But I also really loved the character she put into her little "zenbu" at 2:05. Kary makes an amazing Yurina. She has such a fabulously pretty voice. I totally adored both of her "eien wo chikau MERODI"s. Everyone else sounded good on theirs too, but she really stood out to me on that line.

[*] As for the duets, the pairs were Asa/Kappa (0:57), Martha/Kary (1:00), Rae/Buggy (2:12), and Aoi/Aji (2:15). And they were awesome!! The blending sounded so good, epically good! I must say, I think I liked the first two pairs the most, just cause I think their voices complimented each other better.

Everyone did a smashing job on the group parts, & I love this dub oodles and oodles ♥ Pathetically, I was often trying hard not to doze off while writing this. I'm not bored in the least, just tired. And this took me freaking forever, so it's already 10:30pm ;w; GO RANCHII~

I shouldn't have done it. I was really tired when I woke up this morning, but I plucked up and went to work, and eventually my body got over it. I came home and had dinner, and then crawled into bed. There was my mistake. Usually when I let myself lay down, I tell myself I'm going to get back up; but I don't. So I just woke up and it's 9:35pm. Gosh darnit.

Wild rose. That is what Yamabuki means. So I was pretty close, cause I knew it was some kind of yellow flower. And when I looked up Yamabuki, that same yellow flower came up as when I googled 'wild yellow rose'
Okay, so Kiri helped me clear up some confusion about the changing line-up of the Yurina and Chinami parts. In Yamabuki, Himawari is the official Yurina, and Asagao is the official Chinami. Buggy/Kinsenka is Chinami in RANCHII, which shall continue to dub!

The difference between the two groups is that RANCHII is a dubber started group that is not part of HanaPro; while Yamabuki was the result of Hana-leader Sayuri and member & mixer-in-training Kiri (who has come a long way, and is a super kick-butt mixer now!) putting their heads together and going from there.

Yamabuki is to dub the latest in Berryz songs, and as for RANCHII, as it's leader Rae (Singingondemand) has said, "The goal of RANCHII is to cover berryz songs that aren't often covered."

[*] 24 hours. I am told that that's how long it took to mix this. Holy wow. First off, you have got to love those 'Oh WAO WAO's!! Though, it does makes me wonder if the girls got tired of singing them over and over as they recorded their lines. Same with the 'supaaku boi's! Those two repetitive parts were nailed by the Yamabuki girls!

[*] OH! Something I've wondered about has been answered (by helpful Princess Kiri) ; when the group is singing together, right after the 'supaaku boi's, the lines are "kono chikyuu no domannaka de hikari kagayake! inazuma no yo ni!" the first time around, at 1:06.

I thought I noticed different members of the group standing out a little on each line. I guessed that perhaps it was whoever it showed in the PV at the time, but it's not. "Some people (Berryz girls) were louder than others in certain parts so I mixed it that way" Kiri says. "You can hear Asa for SURE when it shows Chinami." I think this is super cool!

You must admit, Miya, Rii and Momo dubbers get a lot of lines, and with how this was mixed, everyone else gets a little bit more mini-featuring on top of their one solo. And maybe some people don't notice this, but I totally picked up on it. So even though all the girls shined during their solos, I'm happy that they got that little bit extra. Nice decision, Kiri!

[*] 1:48, I think this was the most powerful solo line in the song, sung by Asagao. "Kimi dake ga fukou janai" I totally loved the UWAH-ump that Asa put into that part!

[*] I don't know why, but I like Sayuri in this song more so than the A-side to Yamabuki's single. Maybe because I just like how she sounds on these faster lines, with it being a more upbeat rocking song? OH, and props to Sayu for video mixing! Does it take as long as audio mixing?

[*] 0:46, wahh, I love Himawari's voice! She was not in Tomodachi wa Tomodachi Nanda, and though she was in Yuke Yuke Monkey Dance, I must say that I didn't pay oodles of attention to that dub. So this is my first time really listening to her, and she's great! I especially loved her beginning "un"

[*] 1:54, I don't really like to compare dubbers to the girls they are covering, but I must say; Botan really sounds like Maasa here to me. And I also think Ajisai fits the part of Saki.

I don't think badly of groups having girls who sounds like certain peoples; no no, not at all. I just don't like those who obsess about it, or won't accept dubbers for parts because they don't sound like the H!P girl.

So I think it's mega cool that all the Yamabuki girls suit their part, while still rocking out with their own amazing vocals.

[*] I have to say, I freaking adored every word out of Aoi's mouth. I could ramble on about how much I loved her lines, but I won't, lol. She is a fabulous dubber, and I'm really glad that she's apart of Yamabuki. (Her vibrato blows my mind)

[*] Kiri did fantastic on the mixing!! Leader Sayuri said, "It's really the best I've heard. . .and it makes me feel like a proud mama to listen to it." Gotta love her little WAO at 3:25, lol. She also did a really nice job on lead vocals~

(since in my head, this is Risako's song. You know how in some songs, certain girls just seem to stand out to you? Soku Dakishimete makes me think Megumi, Berry Fields makes me think Maiha, Gag 100kaibun Aishite Kudasai makes me think Momoko, Piriri to Yukou makes me think Saki, etc - Otakebi Boy WAO! = Risako)

[*] I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this dub. I've rated it a 5 once, and if I could do it again, I would! I am SO looking foward to whatever Yamabuki's next single will be!

Here is an amazing 'History of Hana Project' thread where project-leader Sayuri has shared HanaP's beginning and journey with us. You really should read it!! Also, if you'd like to support HPD, interact with the girls or simply keep up on the latest group info, you should consider joining or at least bookmarking their forum.

One thing that I find cool about the members of Hana, is that when they join, the girls are given a name that they will be refered to as in all the singles and things pertaining to HPD. What is cool about them, is that they are flowers or other plantlife! For example; Rae (Singingondemand) is Kiri in HanaP, which is japanese for Paulownia; a deciduous flowering tree. It's sometimes known as the Princess Tree. AHA, now I shall be calling you Princess Kiri, lol.



Anyways! HanaP has gone through 4 generations & 4 graduations, and they are currently holding auditions for their 5th Gen! So go audition! Tane is their egg group, Yugao covers v-u-den songs, Kaeri Bana is the project's shuffle unit, plus there are many more; Sakuranbo, SKR48, Kaori, Hazakura, Junran, Hinagiku, Tanemoni, Suika Kinenbi, Kazehana, and most recently; Yamabuki. I think I got them all, hopefully!

HanaP also just celebrated their 1st anniversary in February! Congrats HPD!!



Most of y'all probably know that Berryz is my total favorite H!P group. So when I saw this video up from Rae (SingingOnDemand), I just had to have a listen! I'll admit, I am not a big fan of this Berryz song. At all. But I gave it go so I could hear the group Rae got together. Everyone sounds really good! You should definitely have a listen.

My main reason for putting this up, is that this group, RANCHII Office Ladies, was the start of the HanaP Berryz group; Yamabuki (春蘭). I googled Yamabuki (yes, cause I am just that lame), and from what I gather it's a 'bush with pale yellow flowers' from Japan. But it's also the color yellow, perhaps in certain context? Is that right? I was just curious~ If I am in the right ballpark, then Yamabuki is a pretty/bright group name!

Yamabuki is newly formed, and has released it's premiere single; Friends are Friends. The A-side is Tomodachi wa Tomodachi Nanda (友達は友達なんだ！) and the B-side is Otakebi Boy WAO! (雄叫びボーイ WAO!) The cast is;

[*] There is no other song, group or Project I could start with besides this one. First off, I LOVE this song. Secondly, I totally adore the HanaP girls. Thirdly, I really really like Hana Project. The best dubbing group I've ever come across, as of yet. (& Fourthly, I love Berryz and am super excited that HanaP now has a solely Berrylicious group!)

FREAKING A' (o wo) I cannot even begin to say how much I love this dub. I think this tops every other dub I have ever heard; no exaggeration. First off, the cast; full of win. Every single girl is a kick-butt singer and you can tell they really put their all into this!

[*] I think Kiri nailed Risako's part, she sound amazing!! (and I'm not biased, I swear!) She did great on lead vocals! I don't really like dubbing groups that purposely search for (or obsess over) girls that sound like (or can make themselves sound like) certain H!P girls.

If you're going to sing, sing for yourself as yourself, and have fun! So, I don't think Kiri sounds a ton like Risako, but she has the same matureish-ness to her voice, and I like that she is herself and not some clone. I really loved her first 'Oh my friend' and ! ! ! her solo towards the end, at 3:07; beautiful!!! And spot on!

[*] Sayuri is a really good singer, I won't say her voice is my favorite, but it has this certain unique cuteness to it, definitely! And I love that she just does her thing; she dubs cause she wants to, and manages to keep Hana P going on top of that!

[*] It's really hard to write a lot about every girl each time. So I hope no one feels bad or left out. I'll probably talk most about whatever parts of the song I liked the most. Plus, the number of lines people get decides it too, cause with someone having more solos (as decided by H!P, not Hana) there is just more to comment on.

I also hope no one ever forgets how important the chorus is!! Everyone contributes to it! No dub would be the same without all of the people who put time and energy into their lines. Solos aren't everything, teamwork is key! All y'all be proud!

[*] Yay Yurina~ Kinsenka's special already just cause she has Yurina's lines. Lol, j/k. My gosh, I give all of these girls major props for being able to sing so fast and not biff if up!! She had a good solo, nice mature voice, she sings clearly and well.

[*] WOW, I really like Botan's voice. So smooth and pretty. Her solo at 1:42 was awesome!! And Ajisan's following solo was just as good! Cute voice~ Asagao's Chinami line was spot on! I look forward to hearing more lines from these three, so I can get a better listen of them.

[*] But, I must say, my SUPER FAVE for this single is; Aoi [ chocolateblakberri ] OMG! Pwsh, she may be older than most of the other girls, but don't overlook her. No no no! I LOVE her voice. kebhwfhewjhbfewjhbfjh~ If Yamabuki actually sold this as a single, I would so buy it, just to hear her sing those Momoko lines.

I loved her solo at 0:46 soooo much! Especially the very end of the last line (at 0:53), the taa~ in 'rishita' And at 3:16 ! ! ! oh my gosh. That's like, the best part of the song. She rocked those lines, and I adore how her voice sounds on the 'ga tomo' *super mega heart*

[*] CHORUS! kfjnejkwfejwhbfjehbfejw-ness to the extreme. I can say whatever I want, but short story; the chorus is spectacular!! Wonderful, marvelous, amazing, fantastic!! I looooove it.

I gave this dub 5 stars. Because it is EPIC. I downloaded it, and it's on my compy playlist and on my MP3player, and I listen to it at least once a day, but possibly twice or more. And now I walk around work singing the chorus to myself.
