Sweet!

O M G!! kyandii is one of the first groups I blogged about (along with Hana and AimiPro) and it's been a while since I've heard anything new from them. So in a way, this is very special! My first entry on Blabodu was March 3rd, so this Saturday will be four months. Anyways, kyandii has released four dubs recently and from what I know there is more to come. They're currently working on a special album featuring Airu. It's nice to know this group is still active, I've missed them~

Moving right on into things, I am not going to review two of their dubs for different reasons; Onna ga Medatte Naze has been dubbed so much because it's one of Momusu's newer singles ~ and Seishun Bus Guide isn't my super favorite song. But that still leaves two more, and both of them are songs that I adore!!

Abe Natsumi: Airu (airuchu)
Goto Maki: Aiko (ReinaLoverai)
Ishikawa Rika: Mitsuki (MitsukiUsagii)
Matsuura Aya: Miya (TokyoStarx)

Suki Sugite Baka Mitai / I don't think I am going to write fully one this one. I love this song to pieces and I think this is a smashing dub! But I am enjoying myself listening to it so much that I don't want to break it down. I just want to put it on repeat for a while. Y'all should give it a listen.

Miya (TokyoStarx) - Natsuyaki Miyabi
Mitsu (MitsukiUsagii) - Tsugunaga Momoko
Aiko (ReinaLoverai) - Sugaya Risako
Airu (Airuchu) - Kumai Yurina & Tokunaga Chinami

Munasawagi Scarlet / CClyrics / I like all of the "nai yai yai" etc parts in this dub, they turned out swell. Miya and Mitsu are as cute as ever on their solos! Aiko is the strongest singer and delivers wonderfully! Airu I'm not as familiar with, but she sounds splendid. Sometimes the music seems a little loud, but not horribly too loud. And it could just be me. lol, going from one dub to another and adjusting volumes really shows how some dubs are louder or quieter than others.

The first two lines are by Miya and Mitsu. I'd like to hear a little more umph from Miya overall, but she's a sweetie. And Mitsu rushes her lines a bit sometimes, she's got fabulous energy though. Aiko has the Risako solo at 0:34ish, she's a pinch pitchy but sings with great gusto! At 0:50 is Airu, and she sounds terrific. I really like these girls on the pre-chorus!! But I think the actual chorus is my favorite part. I adore the "Ho~ra" at 1:12 as well as the rest of the lines.

I love the echoes that were an added effect in the second verse!! They fit in so well and sound pretty snazzy. And the solos in that part are some of my favorites from the girls!! Miya's "Shuumatsu wa minna" is awesome and Mitsu's "Naze na no anata" has great timing on top of her energy. Aiko's "ranai" is spot on! I've always loved that bit.

I don't know if it was an accident or if it was planned, but the "kikitakunai" at 2:07ish is EPIC. One of the girls, I'm not sure who, instead of singing the melody they sang sort of a funky higher harmony and I think it's fantastic and unique. 2:16 is Miya, who sounds darling. Aiko's following solo is so strong and excellent! Mitsu's next and her solo is adorable, even if she's a little pitchy. & Airu's "setsuna sugiru" leading up to the next chorus is delightful.

The blending on group parts, like the "A~a" at 2:31, is brilliant! I also really like them on the "Harubeni no"s and "Munasawagi sukaaretto"s throughout the dub. 3:19 is fantastic!! I love how these gals sound together. And in the last chorus, in her 3:48ish solo I liked Mitsu's "hi.ka.ru" ~ Aiko finishes off the dub with her "Yes my love" ~ Overall this is great!
