HANA TIME!!

oh my gosh, I am so excited about this. Once again, I have been neglecting my dear Hana, there is much to catch up on with them, but I am super happy just at the thought of listening to oodles of dubs from this amazing group of dubbers. Way back when I first started Blabodu, I knew from the start that Hana Pro was going to be a main focus.

In part, it was due to my admiration of them (and the suggestion from one my friends) that I even started this blog in the first place. Kappa is a patient dear, knowing how crazy things can get, lol. I try and express my love for Hana through my rambling entries as much as I can. This entry falls under the MPR [H] stuff that I'm currently working on, but it's mainly a request, sent to me by Rae and Tomo. Anyways, onward!

"Introducing HPD48, an AKB48 dedication album brought to life by collaboration of 18 Hana Project members. Having been inspired by AKB48's impending visit to Los Angeles from July 1-4, 2010, this album was produced as a gift that will be presented to the members of the idol group themselves during their stay in the US. Tracks of the album encompass AKB48's singles, B-sides, songs made famous by all three teams, SKE48, and SDN48. An insane effort has been put into this project, so we hope you enjoy it!"

Iiwake Maybe / knejkf fkjenfkje. This is the first AKB song I remember hearing, and it was the first one I got the MP3 for. I didn't know who the group was at the time, but I learned later. So the fact that this is the first song in HPD's album is special to me. I am downloading it right now!! I really have no idea who sings when- Nevermind! Kappa just gave the CClyrics to me (OMG she's going to see AKB live soon *o*)

I love love love LOVE that is is oodles of duets, trios and other group parts!! HELLYEAH to whoever scripted this (Album Produced By: Kinsenka, Sayuri, & Akizakura). I'll kill myself trying to talk about all the various pairs and such, so I'm just going to babble about parts I like. Gosh, the very beginning "itsumo no michi wo" by Satsuki and Suiren is beautiful! The blending in this dub is CRAZY AMAZING. They also have the duet at 0:19.

Tsubaki and Akizakura (0:18 & 0:21) have the echoes, and they have a cute edge to them that I like. The only thing I am slightly unsure about is in the CClyrics, it lists Kasumisou as one of the singers, but she isn't in the cast list. The same goes with Kiku, only vice versa. I think that Kiku is maybe a cover for Kasu, and it just wasn't changed in the coding? That's what I'm going with, since I don't see what other lines Kiku could have sung. Her and Kappa sing together at 0:22 and it's marvelous!

The second group of lines in the verse start off with Kinsenka and Kanna; uwah, they make a great duo! Lovely. They also duet at 0:31. One thing I've always adored in this song are the echoes in the verses, and that stays true for this dub as well; Ohemgee, they sound awesome!! The mixing masters of Hana time it all perfectly, and the girls' individual talent just blows your mind two times over when combined together in any group. I like Ibara and Nadeshiko on their echoes as a duo (0:30 & 0:33). And I really like how Botan and Himawari sound together (0:35ish).

jknfskfj gkrngkrj. This is another one of Hana's dubs, like their Koisuru Angel Heart and Ame no Furanai etc, that turns me to happy mush. These girls sound SO GOOD together!! The pre-chorus, like at 0:40, is epic!! I love both of the groups that sing it the first time around (refer to CClyrics). Following is the chorus and it's WIN WIN PWN WIN YES! I can't even think up something good enough to say about it. It's making my brain's vocab short circuit. In an entirely good way.

*o* The second verse sounds EPIC. Hinageshi and Ajisai are fantastic together (main melody @1:37 & 1:40)! So are Aoi and Kiri (echoes @ 1:39 & 1:42)!! Uwah, I adore Kikyo and Momo together on the following duet too! In the verses there are two paragraphs of lyrics; in the 1st verse both of them follow the same line division (duet main, duet echo, duet main, duet echo, duet main, group line by 6 people), but in the 2nd verse the second paragraph (1:50ish) has no duets and is mainly sung by groups of four, except for the last line (refer to CClyrics). All the girls in it sound terrific with one another!

After the next pre-chorus (2:01) and chorus (2:17ish) we hit the spectacular part at 2:57!! The first three lines are by Mo/Ki/Aj, and oh boy, they are super mega splendid! The following three fabulous lines are by Ao/Hi/Ki. A SOLO! There is actually one in here, and it's by Tsubaki at 3:08. Freaking kawaii!! And then it's pretty much just chorus remaining, brilliant excellent superb magnificent chorus, that is! This is such an awesome dub.
