Fuyumi & Momo

Dakishimete Dakishimete (hosted by xsclsm) / I met Momo today and she was really friendly. So even though she didn't ask me to, I decided I'd check out her channel for her most recent dub and this is it! It doesn't say in which order they sing, so I don't know who is who, but the two voices are quite different and easy to tell apart. So I shall call them Mavo (mature voice) and Swevo (sweet voice)! lol, I'm so creative.

Tthe hightlight for me in this dub are the solos!! 0:40 is Swevo and ohmygosh, I love her voice!! So pretty, sweet, clear. Not a long enough line though. Following is Mavo, who is a bit pitchy throughout the dub, but minorly so. Again, not enough to go by really, though I do like her lower lovely voice. Gah, the "Dakishimete" right after her, sung by both girls, is fantastic!

At 0:52 Swevo has the Yurina and Chinami solos, & she sounds awesome!! I like her "ki ni shiteru" ~ Next, Mavo has the Maasa and Saki solos, a bit more volume and umph would be cool but she still did swell, her "watashi dake" is nice. Yay chorus time, around 1:09, and it sounds marvelous! I like both girls separately and together, but in this they don't blend super well. They aren't always in sync and they just sing...differently? idk, their voices just don't mesh all that well together. But! it's nothing bad. It's not discord, just not perfect blending. So what?; they did a good job.

The rest of the dub turned out great and both girls sound fabulous! Mavo's solo at 2:43 is splendid, she held out the "de" which is what she should do more often. Sometimes she sings notes short and she shouldn't cut herself off like. We want to hear her. On Swevo's line at 3:10, the timing is a little off towards the end of it but she sounds very pretty. Overall this is a nice listen~

Tsuugaku Vector by Sayuri [Lilacsilk28] / Gangsta Boo has ruined this song for me, in the best way possible. I'm so spoiled by their epic dub of it that I have a hard time not comparing this version of this song to it. Sayuri just has one of those voices that has a softish tone. She can get loud but she still sounds semi-quite and sweet, if you get what I mean, lol. So I kept thinking; more energy! But she sings with good emotion and a nice level of energy, her darling voice just tricks your ears.

It's been a while since I've heard anything from her, she when she sent this my way, I of course checked it out as soon as I got the chance to. Kappa and Aoi are also responsible for my introduction to this song and my liking of it, so I felt kind of cool/happy that I knew the song that Sayuri was singing just by the title *imadork* She picked right when she chose the Airi version, since she suits her; but most of us who have heard Sayuri before know this. She sounds like a slightly younger version of Airi though, and not a clone, but her own super sweet and fabulous voice.

Speaking of Airi, I usually adore concerts for their realness and the crowd. But this time I wanted to ask the crowd to shut up! I like when they shout inbetween solos or do minor chanting when the girls are singing, but when Sayuri was singing the pre-chorus I was getting annoyed by the constant chanting. Not that has anything to do with Sayuri, lol. It's late, my attention span is slipping. BUT YEAH, this is a delightful solo that I enjoyed listening to.

Suki Sugite Baka Mitai by Amaya [xsweetgurl] / I LOVE this song!! And Amaya does too! I'll talk about the video itself later, lol. But as for this sweet girl's singing, she sounds incredibly adorable. She could have used a bit more energy when singing, but it's subtly there.

A little attitude would be fun too, but Amaya puts a endearing spin on this song; I really like her on it. I think 1:40 is a strong point for her, I like her "ima naraba yarinao" a lot. In the drop-down she says " let's just enjoy the tune and Rika's smexiness" and when I first played this video I was already thinking; Who knew H!P girls could be so dirty?

Wanna know the part I like the most about Rika? Her hair LOL I'm not a fan of the lacy getup she's got on, and even though the headband is just okay, I like the way her hair looks with her face. I mean, I've seen her hair look better, but in this video that's the high point of her appearance for me. Though I kind of like her skirt. Okay if her outfit wasn't all white, I admit I'd like it more. The chair dancing is a little much. In fact, her dancing scares me. SO yeah, I vote for the PG rated Reina Maimi Megumi Momo concert version. But Rika is kind of smexy.
