Kisetsu Project [Review by Faefae]

Cast, In Order of Hearance
Ami / Manda / Reika / Rixie
Angeru / Meche / Tomokyo

ROMANCE by Natsu Musume (KisetsuProject) / DUNDUNDUUUNNNN! Fae's back to cover a dub from Kisetsu Project! "This is the 1st track to Natsu Musume's 3rd single ROMANCE. This single is Tomokyo's Graduation Single. We will miss you Tomokyo~ Come back in the future."

This single contains an awesome cast! Although I'm not familiar with all of the voices in this group, half the cast being epic suggests that the other half will be brilliant too! Sadly there are no colour coded lyrics though, although the description does tell me the solos are in order. I always get confused without lyrics though, so I'm sorry if I get the names mixed up!

The song starts out with group parts and these girls sound great in them. I hear some gorgeous blending! The mixing, while mainly great, could use a little work here though. The volumes tended to jump between group parts and solos, which can be jolting to the listener. Working on that would help to make this dub even better!

The solo at 0:36 sounds great! (If I'm right this is Ami?) Such a soothing voice! I was sad that the line wasn't longer. She's followed by Manda who's voice is really mature! It sounds great! The next singer, Reika, sings one of my favourite lines in this. It's just spot on, it sounds amazing! She's followed by Rixie who sounds lovely! I really like her "aenaku." She goes slightly flat in the second half of her line, but nothing too bad, and her voice is really nice!

Angeru's line also sounds amazing! Once again it's too short for me to get a good listen to her voice, but what I could hear sounds great! She's followed by Meche who has amazing vibrato on that last note. Finally, we reach Tomokyo's solo. Her voice is just adorable! It'd be really nice if the mixer could add reverb to this so the voices would stick out less from the instrumental. After this, if I'm right the solos repeat in this order, and once more they all sound fantastic! I really liked the "amai amai" (at 2:08) and the "dakishimeteite ne" (2:42)!
