I don't know an official start date, but CharmsPro debuted in February of this year. Since then they have released a total of six dubs from among their four active groups; Twilight Kisu, Kawaii Stars, Ai~su Cream, Sakura Dreams. Their fifth group, Amai Natsu, has not had it's members listed/announced yet. Behind the workings of the project, there are three people who help keep things going; Nina, Raii and Nika. I should interview them.

Usernames would be nice in the drop-down section. I know Belly, but have no clue if I know the others. As for the dub, it's incredibly cute! (I'm feeling a little tired right now, so sorry for any epic fail entries). The girls have great energy on their solos and the chorus is wonderful. Some off notes here and there, but this song may not be the easiest to sing, idk.
This is a good cast, well balanced. Nina and Belly have maturer voices; Nina sounding lovely-borderline-cute and Belly mature with a cute edge to her singing. Risa and Yuri have cuter/higher-ish voices; Risa sounds freaking kawaii and Yuri endearingly cute. The blending is pretty good too.
I didn't care for this song the first time I heard it, but it's grown on me a lot. It's so catchy! And this group did a fabulous job singing it! I know they aren't casted as any certain members, but Nina makes an adorable Kanon, and Risa suits Saki really well. Yuri is charmingly enthusiastic on her lines, so peppy. And Belly sounds as fantastic as ever!
She's actually the one who shared this dub with me! It's nice when your voice suits a song, whether it's your range or tone. But it's never a necessity. Three of the S/mileage girls are 15, Saki is the youngest at 13. And you know what? She's got the most mature voice in the group. Belly just happens to have a mature voice at her age and I certainly like it.
If you wanna sing songs originally by cute/cute sounding girls with a not-as-cute-but-just-as-good voice, go for it! Goodness knows I go around singing Arigatou ~Ookiku Kansha~ by SCE in my totally not cute voice. I can make myself sing in a higher cuter slightly kiddy voice, sometimes just for kicks. But I enjoy singing the song even if I can't sound like the adorable girls in the group.
[/ramble] Anyways, I think Belly sound marvelous- all of the girls do!! I'm still new to Charms, but I think this is quite a good dub. And with this being only their 6th, that says something about this project; they're off to a great start. There aren't many things to pick at, but if I had to; Watch pitching. Yuri and Nina; it's not ear wrenching but could be better. Risa might have had a few off notes but I barely noticed & Belly's notes were spot on!
Overall this is mega adorable and a fun listen~

I always felt so manly having such a kinda deep voice in my age. I was afraid all the time that it would become darker and darker xD
As for the usernames, i don't know Risa and Yuri either. But Nina is Mizu (AnimeXLover28Kat) in my Kira Kira Project. So since she's one of the leaders you can ask her about the other names too if you like to know ^^
