Misc Dub Sharing (AKB)

I think it's about time for some more AKB love, and I'm going to do it through Mena (menaaa0914). She friended me recently and so I of course peeked at her profile. gtkmeoghehklmetkl. Five of the eight dubs she's released since opening her account in March are AKB covers.



Choose me! / I love this song so I was excited to see a dub of it. Mena has a nice voice that suits AKB songs. I really like when she sings with herself on the chorus. It adds a little extra to the dub and it's cool to here the solos and the group parts; even if it's only her the whole song, lol. She had good energy. I loved 3:02!!




7ji 12fun no hatsukoi / ohemgee, I adore this concert song!! Props for a good choice. Mena sounds sweet, though at times a little bit more energy would have been cool. She sounds great on the chorus, which I freaking love. Again, she sounds fabulous with herself. She has nice high notes too. Very sweet dub.




Enkyori Poster / Wow, I liked this song before but I hadn't realized how much it's grown on me. I think this is Mena's best energy so far! This song is so upbeat and catchy, and she sings it wonderfully. A little strain on the higher notes, but I really liked this. Check out her stuff if you're interested!!
