Auds

(I have way too much fun in paint, lol) Y'all might have seen me pimping these auds on Twitter, and I'd like to take the time to do so again now. "I'm starting a new group and looking for a lot of girls of different strengths and weaknesses to fill out a huge group of love that covers idol songs from all corners and eras."

When Liana asked me to take a look at this and requested I help her get the information out there, I was instantly like PWSH PFFT YES!....she did ask me like, more than a week ago, but work was just killer for a while so I didn't get around to it until now. I don't know very much about this new group, but she provided lots of information in the drop-down section of the audition video;

"I wish for you to audition for my new group. Here is a silly medley showcasing the groups I currently run. Begin silly showcase." LOL, iluliana



What is newFASHIONED?
An idol song cover group- with no focus on the "dubbing" aspect. This is fan karaoke and while the songs will go up on youtube, no actual video footage will be used. There are no specific parts, no one group to cover, no bothering with the original line distribution of a song. We do what we want, when we want to. How many girls will I take from this audition? 5 or 20! It's a blank slate guys.

I was on Hana Project's channel yesterday for the recent entry I did on their concert, and I saw this comment posted by leader Kappa & thought I'd share with y'all! It's in regards to auditions; "I've been getting this question a lot lately, so here's an answer for everyone who has been wondering about auditions:

"Right now we have a full roster. I simply cannot handle producing more people than that at this time and it's the first time we've filled all 30 spots since the project began. In the past, we've held auditions on average every four to five months trying to get to that number, and now that we're there auditions will be a bit more spread out. We don't hold auditions until we need a substantial number of new members (usually means 5-10), so from now on auditions are never certain.

We HOPE to hold auditions again in March of 2011, but for this reason, nothing is set in stone. They may be earlier, they may be later, but I can't promise anyone anything. I am SUPER flattered by all of the interest that's come at me, though, and that so many people want to join. Unfortunately, I have to ask for patience with us, as we can't take anyone new just now!"
