Incredible Debut!

Ikuze! Kaitou Shoujo by Hare na Mirai (IroKokoroProject) /I think I may have heard this next song once or so? One thing about blogging is that it keeps me so busy sometimes, that I don't have the time to keep up to date on recent releases (besides H!P). I'd love to get to know Momoiro Clover and Tokyo Girls Style better, but I'd have to find the time first. This group looks really cute and promising, and this dub makes me want to check them out even more so!

IKP, oh wonderful IKP. As I said in my last entry, I've been listening to Resonant Blue lately since it's the most recent download of theirs I have, and it's awesome. I still need to download their Yume Miru 15sai cause I adore it. I am clicking the download link to this dub right now, even though I've only heard the first fourth of it, cause it's already sounding amazing and I know I'm going to want it.

I did a little googling, and found a Momoiro thread on Hello-Online forums, where luckily someone had requested color coded lyrics! I took them, slapped'em in google docs, matched up names and colors & TADA; CClyrics! I can't promise that they are perfectly accurate, but at least it's something, nee?

I LOVE the first part of this dub!! It's so upbeat and gangsta, and the girls sound so amazing / cool. It's fast paced, and they did a great job at keeping time while singing with epic energy and sounding awesome! Cerulean has the first solo at 0:24 and OHEMGEE she is incredibly adorable! She delivers so so well, gah, I love it all. Next is Amaranth, frickingjebus; she's smashing! Her "Momoiro Clover" is EPIC sounding.

At 0:36 Perwinkle has Akari's speaking part, and she PWNED it. Following her is Celeste, though her line isn't very long so I didn't get a very good listen; what I did hear sounds terrific! Amber comes in at 0:48, D'aw! She's like this fabulous mix of cute and attitude! There are some other marvelous solos before the chorus; Ceru at 0:42 and Ama at 0:54.

I know I usually blah blah blah about the chorus' so much, but I can't help it! They just seem to be the high point in many dubs, and they most certainly are in this one. UFREAKINGWAH. The melody of the first two lines is so pretty ;w; and the girls sound spectacular on it. I adore the "Ikuze!! Let’s Go!!!" part and echo to pieces! And undub releated, but look at those outfits and smiles?! So cute! I also like the dancing.

Ceru's 1:31 solo is super splendid! She just all around rocked her lines in this dub. OHYES, we finally get to hear Sapphire next!! Her line is short but she sounds crazy kawaii! I love the "Ichi! Ni! San! Yon! Go! Roku! Uh~ Yay!" at 1:40, where each girl sings a part. It's so energetic and cute. Momoka and Shiori seem to me popular, they get quite a bit of solo time. LOL, I love the different outfits the girls appear in. Sorry if I talk too much about the PV as well as the dub, I've never seen it before. Amber's "Ah haan~" at 1:55 is really strong and cute.

Ohmy, this is another one of those mind blowing dubs that makes me emotional (not cry like, insanely happy mushy) like I explained back when I was blogging about Kappa and Aoi's Tsuugaku Vector dub. Well mostly the chorus, cause it's amazing.

Sapphire at 2:50, beautiful! She did a fantastic job and sounds great! Amaranth is a tiny bit off on the start of her 3:02 solo, but her "takaramono dakara" is awesome!! I love her low notes, she sounds so pretty. Periwinkle has a short but splendid solo at 3:08 before the whole group comes in on "Utaou! Odorou! Waraou!!!" Brilliant! And then after the last magnificent chorus, the girls finish off strongly with one more gangsta "We’re the Momoiro Clover" part. I love love love love this!!! Way to go IKP & congrats to Hara na Mirai on a smashing debut!
