"it was like *snap*"

Cast (Solo in order): Ameimi / Ayaka / Memoire
Coco (covering Ash lines) / Manami / Hikari / Tomo

Namida no iro by ManGO! (Mango Project) / I ADORE this song. I remember listening to it for the first time, and I was like; okay. But since then it's really grown on me. The chorus is so freaking catchy. I love the dancing too!! And this is one awesome dub! These girls totally did this song justice!

All of the one word beginnings of the verses are sung almost by the same group. Three of the girls sing them every time; Tomo, Coco, and Hikari. Manami and Ayaka switch; Manami sings on the first two, Ayaka on the second two. Memoire and Ameimi switch also, but in a different way; they each both sing one on the first verse and one on the second. And if I'm confusing you, guess what? CClyrics FTW!

Ameimi has Maimi's first solo at 0:24 - I LOVE love her voice. Her vibratio on the "jou" was small but awesome. She went slightly off key on her ending "ne" but it's blown off into the black hole of it-doesn't-matter. Following her (0:30) is Ayaka; gah, she has such a mature lowerish freaking lovely voice. Out of her solos (also 1:25 & 2:49) I like this one the most.

0:45 is Tomo; I really like the first line, "Kono saki mo wagamama ni" - she has great emotion here! Her other solo, 3:47, is good as well, but I like her first one more. She's a fantastic singer overall, and I adore her voice. The parts after the verse but right before the chorus, which have a different melody (Aha, I looked it up, and it's often referred to as the pre-chorus!) are sung by two different groups;

0:53 & 2:25 = Ayaka, Ameimi, Coco, and Hikari. 1:00 & 2:17 = Manami, Meimore, and Tomo. I like both groups, some more than the other at different times. But all of the girls did a fabulous job! There is some nice blending on the mini-group parts, but when everyone sings together on the chorus, the blending is super wonderful!! & Every 'sayonara something something' or 'something something sayonara' line is great, because the "sayonara"s in this sound splendid!

Manami at 1:48 rocked her solo! I totally love her "dakedo" - she sings the 'do' as two syllables, going up a note on the second one, and it's beautiful! She also has the last solo line of the song, and tackles the high notes pretty well. 1:55 is Hikari; at first I wanted to say, more umph!, but I think she just has one of those softerish sounding voices, it is lovely. I like her "Sayonara", she has good emotion on it.

Memorie had a solo back at 0:39, but I skipped her there because I like her 2:03 solo a lot more. She sounds good on her first one, but I think her second had a smidgen more energy and I really like her "nai kara." 2:10 is Coco, who's kind of like Hikari again to me, a husky-ish voice that I want to say, louder!, but know it's probably just how they sing. I enjoy listening to both of them, though now I'm curious to hear them sing a different song.

3:21 is BRILLIANT! Gorgeous! I love love love how the group sounds together here, especially with it being the part where the music quiets down and you can really hear the singers! The blending is spectacular! It's just so YES! Amazing! I feel like I'm listening to some professional girls' choir or something here, because the level of blending is so crazy good.

And on top of the sounding-good, everyone is so together!! Spot on timing! Favorite part of this dub, hands down. After hearing the first line it was like *snap* mind blown. kigjgkrnegrn ! The remaining solos and group parts in this are fabulous too, and overall I think this is smashing! Way to go Mango Project!
